Power 30 and the Seventy
General Assembly (GA)
This proposal will be public and common knowledge, all
international observers will be allowed at this time however any
speakers will have to hold their replies to 1 (one) paragraph or
less.
Proposal 4 - Condemning the actions of the people of Acadia for
practicing Mind Control and harsh interrogation techniques on
test subjects; scope also includes other nations who practice
specifically Mind Control in any government format.
Condemns Acadia and any nation performing Mind Control in any
capacity of the government.
Places sanctions forth to include steps ranging from trade
embargo to full naval blockade as relative to the level of
atrocities committed.
Calls to immediate halt even the preparations of such a horrid
act of humanity which must be considered barbaric.
Recognizes the fact that the Mind Control is only to prevent
personnel from releasing information, however, training and
other methods can be used to condition personnel for
interrogation techniques.
Claims that the onset of Mind Control is a black hole which
could lead to further destructive practices.

Joint Armed Force Committee
This proposal which has already been inacted but is subject to
repeal, increase, or sustainment has already been made public by
nature. However no non-member nations will be allowed to attend
this meeting.
Assumed Resolution 5 - Placing assets of the Joint Navy of the
30 in Communist Chengdu's waters to peacefully provide support
for the nation of Chengu.
Formally invites all member nations to submit an opinion to be
placed in this assumed resolution which will either withdraw,
increase, or allow the level to remain at it's current level.

All members are at this time asked for a vote of Yea, No, or
Abstain (neutral). This proposal will require a medium order
majority of 77% (7 out of 9 nations) to be passed into
Resolution. The Confederate Republic of Criteria will vote first
and hereby is present and votes "Yea" for the Proposal.

on the second issue:

Los Mochis - Abstains
Nauru - Withdraw unless you desire a class with the IA
West Chetamul - Increase
Indrajit - Abstains
Benguela - Current level
Surabaya - Increase, with hope this may relieve pressure in the
ADA straits

Proposal 4 has failed and will be withdrawn from the record
books.
Assumed Resolution 5
3 votes to Increase
4 votes to Abstain/Current Level (abstaining is the same as
remaining at the same level)
3 votes to Withdraw
This will remain at the same level until Grenetar enters their
opinion on the matter at which point if he votes to withdraw or
increase the tied suggestions will come once again to vote. If
he votes for Abstaining the Resolution will remain at the
current level.

The observer from Nyekundu announces, at the appropriate time
for observers, that Moriskov is the more inhumane nation, after
all the majority of cited research currently shows no
substantial evidence of progress or actual use aside from
Monkeys. Meanwhile Moriskov has publicly executed numerous
people in show trials.

speak on the podium with a speaking time of 2 minutes. Feel free

The observer checks his wrist watch before beginning.
"In the recent weeks we have seen an unstable regime in Moriskov
with police suppression of the freedom of speech. Military
forces have also engaged in widespread actions. We can not allow
this and suggest a Criterion naval action to patrol the waters
outside of Moriskov to look for people defecting from Moriskov."
The Nyekundu observer looks to the Criterion representative and
steps away.

This committee will now move to a 10 minute Moderated Caucus
with a speaking time of 40 seconds to speak on matters
concerning the Moriskovian situation. The first speaker will be
Criteria since Criteria was called to action first.
[The delegate from Criteria steps forward to the podium from the
descending stairs and seating desk arrangement]
"The Confederate Republic of Criteria would like to remind the
world that the situation in Moriskov is very unstable, right now
the government is rebuilding and the people are moving in a
different direction. The Criterion Navy as Nyekundu suggests to
take action is not of strong enough stature to defend itself
from attack in the event of aggression from Moriskovian people
and the Confederate Republic would like to point out that it
would be a large undertaking for the Joint Navy of the 30 to
handle therefore we advise against it. The Confederate Republic
of Criteria yields it's remaining time to the Chair."
[the Criterion delegate turns over the podium and moves back to
the Criterion seat]
Will the next member nation delegate step forward at this time

on)

setup in combination with aerial assets.
