**Nationalist Chengdu bombed power plants in Communist Chengdu.
Meanwhile Communist Chengdu have moved into the last territory
of Nationalist Chengdu on the mainland. Chengdu is worried about
RQH ships that are now a week and a half from Tinwa.**

Indrajit would like to request admission to the P30/70 seeing
them as an organization of like minded nations. They also offer
$1 Billion in aid to Criteria.

Benguela and Surabaya request admission to the P30/70. We feel a
direct threat to our nation's sovereignty from the Iron
Alliance and their proximity to our "peace loving" countries.

Power 30 and the Seventy
Joint Armed Force Committee
This proposal is to be voted on under public situations,
observers are allowed yet any views expressed which we find
controversial will be withdrawn under penalty of possibly
removal. By note this is considered Proposal 3.
Joint Naval Task Force Creation establishes a joint naval task
force which will become the primary naval power to be utilized
in wartime affairs
Calling forth reasoning that in this world where some of our
nations are of small or non-existent naval powers which are not
capable of dealing with the challenges of tyrannical regimes
over seas.
- Noting that we need to create a naval power which is strong
and powerful as one large force.
Establishes a strategic command which will make well-advised
decisions as a joint command in order to promote peace, yet make
stern and effective decisions which will protect the interests
of our people as a whole.
- Makes this section a place-maker for an amendment which will
be changed to appoint the primary force commander
- Selecting of a commander/commanders will be based on a vote in
the future
Stresses that this task force will not be composed of the
entirety of any one nation's naval power but a percentage to
make quotes will be in the best interests of the organization.
Calls for each nation of the Power 30 and the Seventy to provide
anywhere from 5% to a third (33%) of their total naval inventory
to this task force.
Provides a comprehensive ORBAT - order of battle - which will be
composed of all combined arms to prevent any corruption of the
group.
Amends this document's already established term of "Task Force"
to the term: "Joint Navy of the 30" or JN-30.
Reminds the Power 30 and the Seventy that the command of the
Joint Navy of the 30 will be organized into private messages
which will contain sensitive and classified information.

- - - Voting procedures will begin now - - -
All members are at this time asked for a vote of Yea, No, or
Abstain (neutral). This proposal will require a medium order
majority of 77% (7 out of 9 nations) to be passed into
Resolution. The Confederate Republic of Criteria will vote first
and hereby is present and votes "Yea" for the Proposal.
The Confederate Republic of Criteria would like to remind member
nations that they too are welcome to submit proposals.

Proposal 3 is now a Resolution. The Joint Navy of the 30 is now
officially an Armed Force. Nations please list/give a count of
vessels and crew members you will be contributing to the JN-30
so that a grouping can be made and Fleets can be organized.
At this time would any delegate like to suggest a leader for the
JN-30? If not by default the Confederate Republic of Criteria
will assume command. Any experienced naval commander with a
history of level-headed-ness and diplomacy will be considered
for the leader of the JN-30. Obviously the decisions of the the
lower level fleets may either be made by the supreme commander
or allowed to be mostly free to conduct the mission.

The Confederate Republic of Criteria formally places [s]18[/s]
20 (Twenty) naval vessels under the command of the Joint Navy of
the 30. Among these vessels include 6 Destroyers, 3 Frigates, 3
Cruisers, 4 Amphibious Assault Ships, and 4 Attack Submarines.
The Confederate Repubic of Criteria will await the arrival of
other Alliance operated vessels in order to create the Fleet
Distribution.
Due to the vast contributions of many nations the Confederate
Republic of Criteria increases the number of ships given to 20
or 17% of the 120 vessel Criterion Navy. Note that each of these
vessels is of advanced order (OOC: 1970s era tech due to my tech
level 5 - T5) technology and would be the most suitable as flag
ships to be protected in an order of heightened importance.
