[center]Founded: January 1950
Purpose: To ensure rights of the nations of the world to be free
in making the decisions of the people, and to stand up against
those that would seek to take away those rights.
Mission: Contain Imperialistic behaviors of organizations such
as the Iron Alliance which are looking to infringe upon our
rights.
Membership: Criteria (founding and hosting nation), Communist
Chengdu, Los Mochis, Nauru, West Chetamul, Indrajit, Benguela,
Surabaya[/center]

Joint Armed Force Committee: Will organize and maintain a joint
Military with independent Land, Ground, and Air Forces to be
utilized in the event of a situation.
Economic and Establishment Committee: Will establish organized
and effective trade routes between nations within the core.
Secret Service Agency: Will engage in covert, black operations
which are beneficiary to the upstanding of all our nations.
Budgeting and Financial Committee: Will look after the interests
of monetary needs of the core.
From the Democratic Socialists to the Communists, we all share a
common enemy. The Iron Alliance has formed an evil hand
attempting to destroy our rights as groups of people to run
governments the way we would like. As such, we will not tolerate
those who would seek to confiscate our possessions from some
members' Communist governments, to the Drudges that nations like
ours' hold dear.

Joint Navy of the 30 also known as JN-30
Established February 19th, 1950 the Joint Navy of the 30 is the
arm of the Power 30 and the Seventy Alliance where all the
hearsay and the fruit-less talk we speak about meets real-world
application, because any organization can talk until it actually
has a means to produce results. The Joint Navy of the 30 is
currently composed of 200 Ships and 80 Aircraft of varied
purpose from several member states which have contributed
vessels and manpower to the core of the force. The Joint Navy is
not a tool of oppression but a tool of help, justice, and
upholding of the morals of mankind. The Navy will enforce the
overall well being of the Power 30 and the Seventy and will help
to make the world a better place.

Passing of Resolution 1
Under Resolution 1 we showed out organization's merit as a good
organization dedicated to helping others by providing monetary
support for the nation of Chengdu. Signing over support of their
technological improvement as an act of good will. The great
nations of the alliance also provided support for the
Confederate Republic of Criteria in it's time of need post
tragedy.
Passing of Resolution 2
There is currently no record of a Resolution 2 existing, public
records show that for ceremonial reasons Resolution 2 was
omitted as a possibility

Preventing War Between Criteria and Nyekundu
War was diverted by investigating and citing the false and
malicious claims made against the Confederate Republic of
Criteria and the State of Surybaya which could have effectively
been considered an act of war. However, tensions were lowered
when the Power 30 and the Seventy alliance stepped in and
provided a touchstone to build peace upon.
Passing of Resolution 3
Under Resolution 3 we created a 200 Ship Navy along with an 80
Aircraft Complementary Naval Air Power called the Joint Navy of
the 30. The goal of the Navy is to project the power of the
Alliance worldwide and to make the goals of the Power 30 and the
Seventy a reality.

The Ambassador is just now moving into his new office. The a few
nights before he had been selected as the first representative
of the Criterion Confederate Republic on national television.
Millions of Criterion went to bed knowing that their interests
were safe due to the fact that a real people's man; Joe
Donaldson, a war hero from the West would be honorably
discharged from the military to establish the Power 30 and the
Seventy on it's first steps towards freedom.
The crowd shouted a screamed nights before as he took the stage
next to the leader of the Confederacy; Ms. Brenda Ewing, as she
placed yet another medal on his chest recognizing him for his
lifetime of effective military leadership. However, he instantly
was confronted with the malicious grip of utter shock and
disbelief as she brought a folder off of the table which held
sensitive information along with a short briefing file.
The Colonel read the briefing as she turned almost in a
practiced and ritualized motion; like a Left-Face to the
audience to inform them that she had chosen him as the first
Representative of the Confederacy in the 30-70. She told the
crowd why she chose him; from his determined work ethic, his
overcome from struggle, his prompt engagement of enemies, and
his teamwork attitude which she explained was vital to the
success of the 30-70.
On the way to his new office today he begins reading the
sensitive documents which each representative from each country
will receive. Everything from manifestos of psychotic dictators
and protective clauses which will protect the interests of the
30-70, which he can also edit and change through a system of
amendments which will be voted on by all present and voting
nations.
"Determination, Hard Work, Overcoming Adversity, Prompt
Engagement of Enemies whether peaceful or otherwise, and
Teamwork: all values that this organization will hold near and
dear;" sending secure telegraphs to this fellow representatives
in order to ensure the safety of the messages. "We need to have
a meeting to discuss our first orders of business, as well as
just to get to know each other and what we stand on as nations.
I'm Criteria Army Colonel Joe Donaldson (ret.) and I'm your
interim leader until we receive enough of a process to either
keep me or elect one among us."
A relief as the hard part of the beginning is over; the lifting
of his desk into a different location in his office. Without
bullet proof windows or an organized protectorate he would need
to stay away from those...

Chengdu requests military assistance from the Power 30 and
Seventy. In particular modern weapons designs and licenses in
order to upgrade its military. It reminds the alliance that its
army of over 2 million soldiers could make a strong backbone for
the alliance if they had modern equipment.

Proposal 1 - Help The Nation Of Chengdu
Recognizes the struggles faced by the nation of Chengdu
Acknowledges the fact that the military of Chengdu is large yet
has fallen behind technologically
- Giving basis for technological improvement
- Establishes contact between our military hardware
manufacturers and engineers which will provide insight
Hopes sincerely that the nations of the Power 30 and the Seventy
alliance pledge to help establish the forces of Chengdu
- Gently reminds member nations that we are in the greater grand
scheme of things together and that this is an opportunity to
grow stronger together
Asks that the nation of Chengdu sign on full time with the Joint
Armed Force Committee to provide 5% of their forces overall to
the good of the alliance
Pleads with other nations of the alliance to provide Naval power
and support for the nation of Chengdu specifically should other
nations decide on thwarting our organization.

Proposal 1 is now a Resolution. The Confederate Republic of
Criteria motions to offer some of it's most treasured military
technology secrets in return for a full humanitarian effort to
assist in the tragic tsunami and earthquake recovery. Please

Secret Service Agency/Committee
This resolution is heavily guarded and is only to be seen by
member state ambassadors and leaders
Proposal 2 - Counter-Intelligence, Counter-Espionage,
Counter-Tampering Of Member States
Calls to recognition that in the wake of several known
intelligence and espionage attacks on nations of the Power 30
and the Seventy Alliance.
- Includes the recent propaganda campaign within the nation of
Chengdu which is filled with hateful remarks.
Opposes enemies of the Power 30 and the Seventy alliance who
would wish to gather classified information, plant moles (inside
personnel working against their own governments), or any other
espionage techniques against the core.
Thoroughly supports any possible resolutions which condemn
specific nations and/or bring in counter-attack measures.
Passionately asks that all member states of the Power 30 and the
Seventy alliance provide at least Five-Hundred Million dollars
to the core of the Counter Espionage Committee of the Power 30
and the Seventy to prevent future, counter already established,
and increase security on documents of the member nations.
Organizes welfare of each member nation providing a portion of
the costs for espionage for nations which are in need of help so
that they may counter any attacks on them at free or reduced
cost to them.
Establishes a top-secret communication line which will be at an
undisclosed location, and heavily guarded with experts in covert
operations.
Helps to extensively train and equip and train a Joint
Operations Task Force which will be composed of:
- 500 Agents all with extensive background checks, and without
record of their existence
- An Undisclosed Research and Operations Location which will be
capable of surveillance of all signals from radio, television,
telegraph, phone, and other methods of communication, a prison
capable of holding 100 inmates which will utilize enhanced
interrogation techniques, mission control center, scientific
research center, and which will not conduct any actions which
are barbaric such as any concentration camp-like mass killings
or alien species holdings.
- A New Type of Communication which will be virtually
untraceable and if traced; relatively non-penetrable, which will
have a maintenance and operations team.
- Start up funds primarily backed by Criterion business owners
so that the One Billion dollar establishment fund will already
be payed for and the only costs member nations will need to pay
will be Two-Hundred Fifty Million dollars each month for
maintaining the well-being of each of the personnel and pieces
of equipment.
