While Fitz listens the new proposal one of his escorts, a Talamh
Bailé soldier walks into the room and whispers something in Fitz
Molochlin's ear.
Fitz Molochlin stands up and quickly clears his desk and started
walking out of the room but stopped when Admiral Unathi shouted
something to him.
Fitz turned around "there has been a landslide in Talamh Bailé,
in my home town. I believe I can be of more use back home than I
can be here dealing with foreign policies, please excuse me
gentlemen" Fitz quickly turned and left the room.

Nyekundu reminds everyone, including the minor states, they need
to vote on the proposed resolution and something needs to be
done about Moriskov and Chengdu with their use of violence
against protestors. While Nyekundu does not mind leading the
organization, the Alliance is an empty shell without all members
acting together.

As Fitz Molochlin leaves an older more distinguished gentleman
smoking a pipe walks in and sits down where Fitz was sat
"Greeting Gentlemen, I'm Silvak Scoilt, I was sent by Tolfdir
Skaal to replace Fitz Molochlin. Would someone care to bring me
up to speed and where we are so far?"

The RQH has decided to respond to the crisis in Criteria. The
country is still reeling from the massive earthquake and
tsunami. We can't stand by and allow innocent people to die. We
will be sending $2 Billion in aid in the form of food, material,
and housing units.

The Confederate Republic of Criteria would like to give it's
sincerest thanks to the RQH for it's gracious support of our
needs in these hard times. The Earthquake and resulting Tsunami
may have twisted us but it will not break us. Please note that
we are receiving these monetary contributions as directly
diplomatic action and will begin working on a clause which will
prevent any aggression between the RQH and Criteria. The least
we can do is create peace between each other.

Intent: Admit East Chetamul as a full member nation
Operative Clause:
To admit East Chetamul, a democratic nation going through a
war against communism, into the Iron Alliance.

Nyekundu reminds the Allied States and Talamh Baile to vote on
the current pending resolution and votes yeah on resolution 08.
The representative also reminds the minor nations they must vote
on proposition 07.
