Fitz took the Whisky but opened a box on his desk and took out a
Cigar "thank you"
"We shall deploy Battleship Division 1st Squadron out of
Cabhlach, the Flagship needs a workout, 2 Cruiser Squadrons and
a Destroyer Squadron out of Príomh Geata and of course the 2nd
Carrier Strike Group is already there. I think that should be
enough, and that leaves over half our Navy still at home" Fitz
took a drink of the fine whisky and a drag on his cigar
"Ah yes my friend The Scriosadh it was deigned to be the most
powerful Battleship afloat, I believe it still holds the title
but in the age of the Aircraft Carriers it still needs plenty of
support" Fitz put down his glass seeming to drift into deep
thought then quickly back out again
"So sorry where are my manners" Fitz opened the Cigar box and
held it out "150 Airgeads each, matured in 75 year old Brandy,
be my guest" Fitz said holding the box out offering one to the
Admiral

Admiral Unathi graciously took the cigar, snuffing out his cheap
cigarettes, and bowing. He looked over the specifications of the
fleets impressive size and nodded in agreement. "This is most
powerful, it would be my honour to lead my single Sub-Hunter
Pride with you but our limited strength and ability leaves us
near Freedonia. It is suspected the RQH leader will sign the
resolution and we will join him in the blockade against the
slavers." Admiral Unathi savoured the cigar for a moment. "I
hate to bring up business at a time like this, but what would
the cost of two Missile Cruiser Squadrons run? Ten ships in all.
Because I just may be able to secure a squadron of those F404's
we are making. Top of the line jet fighters, fastest and most
agile in the world."

Fitz looked at Admiral Unathi "usually $155,918,000.00, But for
you we'll call it $100,000,000.00, so for 10 it'll be
$1,000,000,000.00 we will be willing to give you the Prototype
to accompany us so you can determine whether or not you like it.
Does this sound fair to you?" Fitz asked calmly looking closely
for emotion on the Admirals face
OOC: I used the $ sign because it was easier

The admiral looked to Fitz and took another puff of his cigar,
weighing his words carefully and leaving Fitz waiting. Finally
he looked to him and nodded. "I find this agreeable."

In the IAGA Hall the representatives chatted back and forth
waiting for the Allied States and Que Huong's representatives to
finish talking to their leaders. This would be the biggest
decision they had ever made, and could quite possibly lead to
full war if Criteria refused to change its ways. Rumours also
spread around the hall that Nyekundu was investigating the
claims of Surybayan Slave traders in their country, which very
well could turn to open hostilities unless resolved. Everyone
had the same thought, though, how could we all be so eager for
war right after the last decade of bloodshed?

Proposition 01/06 falls short of the unanimous vote and is
withdrawn.
The representative of Nyekundu stands up to speak, "Well does
anyone else have any better ideas?"

"While normally I would be against stimulating the economy of a
slave holding state," the representative of Nyekundu started,
"We must find a way to repatriate these men and women. I have
been given word that the Watowzi Abu will allow some of these
free peoples to live in our country. We shall also open our arms
warehouses to arm those who wish to join the fight." The
representative looked to the Freedonian, "We would like our
General Zunderi Tanji to be placed in command of the
militaristic operations. There are camps in Nyekundu that we can
use to house these people until their homes are located and will
also be willing to open immigration for those who wish to serve
a higher purpose. Yay on resolution 01/07."
----------------
In the Security Council chamber General Zunderi entered into the
dark room, examining the men around him. He spotted the Admiral
quickly. "It is too bad about the resolution," the General said
to him, "You may still get your blockade depending on what
happens next."
"It is no matter," the Admiral said, "I merely do as I am told.
I understand you will be training these new soldiers, is that
right?"
"It is, an army of freed slaves unleashed against their former
masters, even I would not want to place my army against that."
The General pulled out a cigarette and lit it, noting the smell
of savoury cigars still lingering in the air. "You have
expensive tastes old brother." The admiral gave what very well
have been a smile before letting his muscles in his face relax
again.
