General Assembly (IAGA)
The IAGA oversees the budget of the Iron Alliance, appoints
the non-permanent members to the Security Council, receive
reports from other parts of the Iron Alliance, and makes
recommendations in the form of General Assembly Resolutions. The
IAGA meets under its president in regular yearly sessions the
main part of which lasts from September to December and resumed
part from January until all issues are addressed (which often is
just before the next session's start). It can also reconvene for
special and emergency special sessions. Each member nation gets
one vote on all resolutions. There are six committees within the
IAGA as of right now.
The First Committee: Political and Security Committee (POLISEC)
The Second Committee: Economic and Financial (ECOFIN)
The Third Committee: Social, Cultural, and Humanitarian (SOCHUM)
IACOG Free World Heritage
The Fourth Committee: Special Political and Decolonisation
(SPECPOL)
The Fifth Committee: Administrative and Budgetary
The Sixth Committee: Legal
Secretariat (IAS)
The IAS is responsible for paper pushing and recording the
hours. The IAS deals with filing reports, receiving studies, and
general organization for easy access of data and other
materials.
Justice Courts (IAJC)
The IAJC deals with settling complaints and issues between
member nations. They also have the power to bring war criminals
to justice and try crimes against humanity. The IAJC may also
settle issues between communist countries and member nations to
reduce the chances of war. The IAJC is made of 10 judges with no
more than two judges being from the same country.
Security Council (IASC)
The IASC is responsible for ensuring the safety and
recognition of all member countries and is charged with the
maintenance of international peace and security. Its powers
include the establishment of peacekeeping operations, the
establishment of international sanctions, and the authorization
of military action. Its powers are exercised through IAGA
resolutions. There are four permanent members, Nyekundu, Que
Huong, the Allied States, and Freedonia, while six more nations
are allowed as non-permanent members.

Janueary 26th, 1950
Iron Alliance General Headquarters
Jaka, Nyekundu
"Today we announce the start of a new dawn, together our free
nations will move forward to free the oppressed peoples kept
under the boot of communism." Watowzi Abu Malakali sat at the
table with representatives from Freedonia, Que Hong, the Allied
States, Bulawayo, Linkoping, Acadia, and Shiraz. "We are
entering a new day where men and women can move freely without
persecution. In places around the world people do not get to
vote, their voices are not heard, and their needs are left
unfilled by those they have entrusted. It is our duty as we move
into this new dawn to allow all peoples to do as they will and
make a future for themselves without worry of bullet or bayonet.
The enemy we face together is communism!" Roars and applause
filled the room and cameras flashed taking iconic pictures of
the delegation. "
"To defeat this menace I have organized this delegation of free
peoples to battle the threat of communism and contain this
spreading disease. By force of might or force of will, we will
eradicate the godless government of communism that masquerades
as your friend. We must unite to burn out this witch! He hides
in the shadows, he moves behind you into schools, he is
everywhere you look and don't look. Communism is the enemy of
all men everywhere, and together we shall form this Iron
Alliance." The Watowzi begins passing out pens to each of the
delegates and asks them to sign the alliance to defend
themselves and others from the great threat of Communism.
