       [Nation] Candela

       Since Candela is an occupied nation, this Topic talks about the
       Candelan Resistance Groups. There are many resistance groups,
       with different political views, ideological views and tasks.
       Some want an independent nation, other want to split the nation
       in smaller states and there is a group with an idea of great
       Candela - basically they want to expand after they win
       independence.

       Hel - candelan underground organization, created on the 17th
       Sep. 1910, in the City of Hel. Soon expanding to be a
       countrywide organization. Hel was created out of the remains of
       the Candelan Defense Force, volunteers, scouts and civilians.
       This organization was mostly a military one, but it did have a
       National political view.
       The organization currently has 70,000 members. It's fighting
       units split into Storm-trooper Groups (SG), Urban Sections (US),
       Recon Groups (RG), and Reserve Sections (RS). Each unit type has
       different roles but similar OOB. SGs are the core fighting
       force, they are trained as infantry and mostly stationed in the
       forests and mountains. US' are urban units, trained in street
       fighting, stationed in cities and towns. RGs are the special
       forces of the organization. They are well trained and well
       armed, they also specialize in sabotage and diversion. Last but
       not least, RS' they are the reserve forces of the organization,
       they are trained the same way as the SGs but they lack weaponry.
       The lack in weaponry is usually helped by arming troops with
       melee weapons like axes and scythes. Unit's armed with melee
       weapons usually don't go into combat, but sometimes they are
       used for night time ambushes on enemy convoys and camps.
