[move]WORLD ONE NEWS ALERT[/move]
With still no word from the Grenetarian Union, the trial for the
now named Igor Ygrosivich has been moved forward. The charges
are Arson with intent to harm, Conspiracy to commit Arson,
Conspiracy against Nyekundu, Terrorism against Nyekundu,
Smuggling of Communist Propaganda, Intent to Incite Rebellion,
Intent to Overthrow the government, and Damage to government
lands. These heavy charges, if found guilty, will certainly lead
to a death penalty. The trial begins tomorrow at 0900 hours with
the man being appointed a public defender. It is suspected that
Ygrosivich is a Grenetarian spy, and if not, he is most
certainly an agent of communism.
Watowzi Abu released a statement today stating that "It is in
times like these true communism shows its face. It wishes to
burn those who do not follow it on your hands and knees. It is
with the greatest sorrow that our nation must be the victim to
show the world these evils, but I speak for all Nyekundu when I
tell you that this will not go unpunished!"

Freedonian ship captains notice the amazing flotilla being
turned away from Káhziča and act as they have been
instructed (per HELP accord protocols) - and offer a residence
to any refugees willing to become Freedonian citizens and live
by their laws. Those who accept are offered berthing on the
now-empty grain tankers instead of being made to rely upon their
vessels of uncertain seaworthiness for the long journey.
Those who decide to make the trek are warned that full
citizenship requires a six year period of indoctrination and
training as well as mandatory medications to ensure
effectiveness and health in their new roles.
In the interim, they will be expected to take whatever unskilled
jobs as may be assigned safely to them.

[move]FNN BREAKING NEWS[/move]
Ombile Asune reports to FNN about a possible intra-governmental
conspiracy and involvement in the Arcadia bank robbery reported
on January 17, 1950.
To quote the Arcadian official story:
"Great Powers Robbery: Eleven thieves stole more than two
million dollars from the headquarters of the Powers Armored Car
Company in Arcadia. A group of men, wearing Halloween masks,
used keys to walk through five locked doors, walked into the
counting room, tied up the employees at gunpoint, filled 14 bags
with money and disappeared. The haul from the job, which took a
year and a half to plan and 17 minutes to carry out, was
$1,218,211.29 in cash and another $1,557,183.83 in checks, money
orders and securities."
I ask you this, my audience. How is it that government
officials were able to come up with such specific figures
regarding exactly how much was taken, and in what denominations?
Even the best banks with modern computers require weeks to
compute this level of exactitude, yet these precise figures were
reported only hours after the event!
Secondly, and more damning, the government seemed to know
precisely how long the plan had taken to put together, yet had
no comment identifying the men other than "wearing Halloween
masks"?
This report smacks of government involvement, and I call on the
people of Arcadia to look for upcoming legislation meant to
steal away liberties in the name of securing the safety of your
bank funds!
Thank you for your time, my dear watchers. Stay alert, stay
vigilant, and stay FREE!

The people of Grenetar feel great sorrow for what happend in
Nyekundu. I wish to say that the Grenetarian government had no
involvement in the incident that happened, and we would like the
accusations toward communist nations to cease. Igor Ygrosivich
must be an immigrant from Grenetar but we have concluded that he
has done no acts of crime and we wish to take Igor Ygrosivich
back to Grenetar to retun to his duties as a Grenetarian
cilizen.
Sincerely Alexandr Sergeyev - Cheif of Staff of the Grenetarian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Watowzi Abu leaned forward in his chair lighting another
cigarette.
"It is most humorous how this communists take so long to plan
their precise words. It is clear that this swine is an agent,
and they demand that we cease our "slander" of communists? Tell
me Admiral, is it slander if it is true?" The Admiral sat in the
chair across from the Watowzi and looked into his half empty
whiskey glass.
"Dear Watowzi," he began, "The proof is undeniable. We must not
allow these communists to save a spy. It is my suggestion that
we expedite this trial so that no attempts may be made to rescue
the spy." The Watowzi nodded as he took a long drag of
cigarette.
-----------------------------------------
"Today we have heard the communists grovelling for their agent
of destruction to be released." The Watowzi stood tall over his
podium overlooking the crowd. "They have claimed no part in the
actions of this foreigner and are demanding that he be allowed
to return to Grenetar. I say NO! This man must be accountable
for his actions even if his cowardly nation refuses to admit
their guilt. That is why I have allowed the military courts
tribunal to convene today at noon to try Igor Ygrosivich as an
infiltrator and a spy. We have created the Iron Alliance and
look to our free brothers and sisters across the world for
support. Our navy has gone to full alert and are deployed all
along our coast and fighters circle the skies. Any attempts to
violate Nyekundu waters, air space, or territory will be met by
lethal force. Should any of our allies wish to show their
support, please join us in this hour. We must not allow
communism free reign!"

[move]World One News Alert[/move]
A military tribunal in Nyekundu today has found Igor Ygrosivich
guilty on all charges. The decision to move to a tribunal was
made after The Socialist Union of Grenetar demanded their
citizen back. It has been confirmed that the penalty will be
execution by fire. The public execution will begin at 0500 hours
tomorrow morning at the Simbundu Prison.

We must be able to come to agreement, in this time. There must
not always be hostilities in this world, he is a citizen of
Grenetar and we will interrogate him once he is out of Nyekundu,
if he is guilty we will execute him under our authority, and if
he is not found guilty he will agree to not let him travel
outside of Grenetar.
Sincerely Alexandr Sergeyev - Cheif of Staff of the Grenetarian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

[move]BREAKING NEWS [/move]
In a stunning turn of events, members of the 27th People's
Congress were arrested on charges of state treason in the
Capitol city of Serdetse Soyuza. This action has happened after
the recent moving of the 4th Shock Army to move rescue the last
of the Moriskovian citizens and soldiers out of Káhziča.
The congressmen have been taken to the local army barracks to
await their trial. Gen Vishkov has ordered the construction of
checkpoints around the city and has enforced a 5 o' clock curfew

As tensions rise across the globe, a strange broadcast
interrupts the 1340 kHz range, interrupting several national
radio stations in Freedonia, and as far as our scientists can
confirm, the signal covers much of the globe.
Oddly, the source of the broadcast seems to originate in
Moriskov, though it is repeated through a network of
communications arrays that have been hijacked by forces unknown.
The cryptic message follows.

The day after the worlds short wave radio bands were hijacked,
fishermen off the coast of Que Huong have reported the departure
of a second task force from Nyekundu as well as a Marine Landing
Division. It is suspected they are moving towards Freedonia to
meet Task Force III already en route. Nyekundu has not released
any word as to why they are moving such a large fleet. Numerous
freighters are also being held in the ports and moved to the
Naval Stations.
