       Introduction

       Kelsi's Universe is a Universe which I have been forming for the
       past 3 or so years, (mostly in my head). Its an effort by only
       me with a handful of other people. It shares a handful of
       commonalities with our world, the most evident is that there
       have been two world wars in the 20th Century, There has been a
       cold war, however, this has not ended and still continues to the
       present day, as such, Conventional Warfare is still influencing
       development of equipment, and since the 1980s, Battleships and
       Battlecruisers have once again sailed alongside Destroyers and
       Aircraft Carriers. Most Armies continue fielding Light, Medium
       and Heavy Tanks, alongside gun and Missile Armed Tank Destoyers.
