       Why bother having a security council? It's not like we have a
       lot of participants.
       Føroyar, Hanxia and Kafiristan are all members of the ICA.
       Føroyar's only goals at this stage it to expand it's space
       program. Hanxia is busy oppressing the people of Korea Island
       (or whatever I'll end up naming it) and being an emerging
       economic influence. Kafiristan is being torn apart by civil war
       al a Syria or Libya - There is currently a joint Føroyar/Hanxia
       peacekeeping force deployed in the region (independent of the
       ICA).
       Føroyar and Hanxia are also willing to commit forces to any ICA.

       With a Security Council, we'll get all the fun of the current
       UN: where there big boys get to boss everyone else around -
       whilst the Non-SC members get to fold their arms and so no.
