       Founded: 4398 AD
       Self Sustaining: No, every 150 years more water has to be
       brought up from Earth to replace what has been lost
       Currency: Earth Dollar and Ferris
       Brief History: In the year 4380, 5 Colonies had a long lasting
       alliance.
       The 5 existing Colonies were old and constantly needing repairs
       so the leaders of those colonies met and by unanimous vote it
       was decided that a larger Colony would be built for the
       population of all 5 to move into, this would pool their
       resources and equally share the maintenance costs making it
       cheaper in the long run.
       18 years later the Colony "Choilíneacht" was complete, the 5
       older Colonies have been left abandoned some say they can still
       support life but that is just a rumor.
