[center]Early Known History[/center]
Carlosandia, Commonly reffered to by natives as "the lands of
the Leopard Warrior" was originally inhabitied by the Native
Tribes called "Quezichche" and "Koichme". These peoples Mainly
Built their villages in the growth of the Tropical Jungle, with
a few known coastal Villages. [more to be added later]
[center]The Arrival of The White Peoples[/center]
In the Year 1563 AD. with many of the Europan Countries
establishing trades of Teas,herbs and spices in the east,
Quicker trade routes were envisioned, and many began to send
Ships around the Horn of Africa. During the [Insert name here]
conflict of [insert year here] between [Country A] and [Country
B], These trade routes found themselves hindered by Warships of
these countries fighting each other. In 1572AD,As the small
[fleet name here] of [country A] set sail from [City], With the
Ships {just name them here] prepared for another deployment of
raiding A trade port in Africa and sinking enemy merchant ships;
But Before the fleet could arrive to their Destination however,
a fierce storm rolled in, altering the fleets course.
After Three and a half months at sea, the Ships finally spotted
land. The fleet sent a detachment of Naval infantry ashore, to
discover that this wasn't Africa, but was a whole new World.
After Establishing A fort and resupplying the best they could,
Admiral Carlos [last name] set sail again for [country A] to
tell the King, [name here] of his fleets discovery. When Carlos
finally returned and told the King of his Discovery, the king
Officially named the new land "Carlosandia". Eventually
colonists were landed and Carlossandia went from a mere colony
in 1574AD to a Territory in 1823AD.
[center]Independence And the years that Followed[/center]
By 1823 AD, Many of the Peoples Of Carlosandia Had longed for
independence from [country A]. Many had felt that between the
high taxes on goods to the political babbling of their King in
Europa. On June 19th of 1824AD, After nearly a year of struggles
of the people and the Monarchy, the People of Carlosandia
Declared Independence, and the Republic of Carlosandia was
founded.
By the 1840s however, Piracy by privateers and pirates began to
plague the waters around Carlosandia; This pushed The Government
to Build and Assemble the Carlosandian Navy, to rid the waters
of Carlosandia of Scum and villiany. During the battle of the
Balimorian Strait, The Carlosandian Navy defeated an assembled
fleet of Pirate vessels and executed many of the pirates without
mercy. By 1854AD, Piracy was non-existant. (leaving some room
for something i need to talk over first for the 1870s). In 1887,
Many Natives of southern Canceria, namely brovilion, Began to
swarm to Carlosandia.
[center]Dawn of a Golden Age (or at least, it was Supposed to
be)[/center]
By 1900AD the Republic of Carlosandia had many deeds done. But
with the New immigrants of the 1890s came Unemployment and
Starvation. In an attempt to Quell these problems, the
Government Began a deforestment program in 1904AD and began to
hire peoples for working on New farmlands. Buying much of its
Heavy Machinery from [country and Country], the government was
able to halt another problem. Next came the removal of Mosquitoe
nesting grounds in 1908 by use of insecticides, lowering the
countries Death toll to malaria and other diseases. Rich Nickel
deposits were Also found in 1908 on the island of [island name].
With the dawn of the Aeroplane and the Arrival of the
Motor-Carriage, the country entered Further into the new Age.
By 1913 however, things began to change; The summer of 1914 saw
the coming of The Hurricane "{name here}" which devastated many
communities on the northern Islands, killing well over {number}
people. Taxes were also increased in Early 1913, to help fill
the once full coffers of the government, as The 1910 military
Expansion and modernization program costed well over initial
estimates. This move, quickly became unpopular with the public,
though many deemed it necessary.
In 1915, the CSS Quanta maria, sailed into long disputed waters,
Causing Brovilion Army Units to quickly Sieze the Southern half
of New Southmount Island. This In turn began the conflict Now
known as
