Pros:
1. long weapon range makes it's lifetime longer and therefore a
cheap suitable vehicle for lowgold players who can spend few
hours in manually reloading them. For richer gold players who
reload it with gold it becomes a very expensive vehicle.
2. Doesn't need space in front of the target base because can
stay much more far. So if the target base is already full of
tanks then the only option to add more firepiwer are long range
vehicles.
3. Set and forget. Doesn't need much attention once in a
position.
Cons:
1. very slow and therefore risky to move and time consuming to
move.
2. Very small group size means you need to waste around 10
groups for 10 sets to get around 70 vehicles while 1-2
groups/sets of Bredas/Sp2 make the same amount of vehicles with
5 times less groups/sets.
3. One set takes lot of space because the vehicle is long.
4. Weak firepower. Similar to Flower ships. 1 m1931 tank bullet
makes as much damage as 2 bullets from Gpf tank but Gpf tank has
endless amount of bullets while m1931 has only few and usually
shoots around 30 seconds and is empty while Gpf continues to
shoot. As the plusses section says it is still benefitial and
lowcost to have even such low additional firepower, better than
nothing.

Ammunition vehicles move fast so it is rational to have 1 set of
m1931 and 2 sets of ammunition vehicle M1. For example, 4 sets
of m1931 and 8 sets of M1. You can keep m1931 in positions and
bring 7 halfly loaded M1 to load m1931 while 1 M1 stays in the
loading area to load.
It is a suitable vehicle for lowgold players but for richer gold
players those vehicles are inefficent and expensive and slow and
better is to have 10 sets of Gpfs.
Some bases are very close to each other so one base can have
m1931 in front of their base and run automation loading while
the close by base is attacked. That way the m1931 shoot the
attacked base after every few moments when they get few new
ammo. Expensive and inefficent but an entertaining setup.
Some bases have a hill in front of them etc so it is difficult
to access for Bredas. In that case one may again think that long
range tanks can help because hills are not obstacles for them.
Some players may position m1931 tanks and log out and other
players from other timezones can log in and slowly during the
day reload the alley vehicles and attack many times the enemy
base destroying each tome 2-3 flaks thanks to the m1931 player
tanks. Such setups for long time is possible when enemies are
passive.
While Gpfs needs practice to move in line evenly then m1931
doesn't need any skills. If 1 set has around 200 bullets and 1
reload gives 5 bullets then you need to do around 40 reloading
for 4 gold to fully load 1 set. Compare that 1 set of Bredas of
47 tanks requires 5 gold to make. So 1 set of bredas costs the
same as 1 set of m1931 reloading.
Solo players wswitch between multiple accounts while attempting
and can't afford Gpfs, airplanes that require active pulling
back from time to time because no time for that. For them such
set and forget tanks are comfortable of course.
