       The most rarely seen vehicle. Even the expensive ultra heavy
       tanks like is3 can be seen more often.
       It has the shortest weapon range of 7 while most others have 10.
       That means you lose many of those tanks before they arrive near
       to flaks and they can't shoot behind other tanks because of so
       short shooting range ability. Discounted 50 Lancias with great
       range or 47 fast Bredas with great range are more practical.
