This multi role tank makes good flak damage. You can use with
Bredas so flaks keep attention on Bredas while Tigers make main
damage to flaks.
It looks like a tank oriented vehicle so the knowledge to use
them against flaks comes often quite late.
Tiger (1500s+650a, 2500 dmg) is similar to Brum (1900s+600a,
11250 dmg) in cost and also in overall. Tigers plus is that he
has lot of armor and can destroy both flaks and tanks, while
Brum cannot destroy tanks well and has less armor but Brum makes
flak damage even more.
Tiger's armor makes it probably as good choice as Brums. More
testing is needed.
Brums alone in front of the target base are vulnerable to enemy
Willies attacks but Tigers are not.
The spotting range of 15 is one of the biggest but only rarely
you benefit from it because usually air units do the spotting.
Tigers+bredas combo ensures that flaks keep attention on Bredas
while Tigers can safely provide flak damage 1-2% oer second.
That makes such combo cheaper than having for example 2
expensive flak destroying tank sets. For example Brums plus
Bredas combo may end up flaks killing Brums quickly. With the
multi role Tigers the flaks won't prefer Tigers. So, Tigers plus
bredas may be one of the best combos because Tigers are safe
from flaks.

This is not an ultra heavy but not also a typical light tank,
something between.
As a B12 fodder they are a good choice. But anti air trains are
probably chraper. You can alwayes have 1 set of either Tigers or
even ultra heavies near fodder Bredas to defend Bredas against
enemy Willies.
As i remember it takes time for T34 to kill Tigers.
