       Example where M19 is used as a spotter. Note that Skinks cannot
       spot this way because they have lower view range.
       Compared to a cheaper M4 tank this tank M19 spots as well plus
       also is not so easily killable by helicopters like m4 is.
       It is a very expensive vehicle, mainly because arund 200
       Military points.
       If a base has a maximum range flaks then it is impossible to
       spot it's flaks with tanks or go safely close enough with the
       Gpf tank. But with easier flaks it is doable.
       On the picture a player just leaves 2 spotting tanks M19 in that
       location and the enemy flaks are spotted this way for longer
       time while the team can see those flaks and empty area in front
       of the base and decide what to do.

       One more example. In this example during the setup 1 tank died,
       thats why it is better to take 2 such tanks when setting the
       spotting up.

       Skinks are used by scouts who find enemy bombers, but scouting
       is a rare thing to see nowadays. That's why Skinks have no
       rational reason to appear. But M19 appears even more rare times
       and has even less scenarios when to be appropriate. Scouts can't
       use usually M19 because L3 flaks would kill M19 and they
       wouldn't reach to shoot bombers. But Skinks would. M19 kills a
       bomber many times quicker than a Skink. But you can just make
       more Skinks if you need to have a fast damage speed. Therefore
       m19 are not a rational choice.
       If you know that the enemy is certainlly offline and doesn't
       need 3x shooting range then you can make 1 M19 instead of a
       Skink. Or if a neighbour base is under attack then it maybe more
       rational to make 1 m19 to kill an enemy bomber quicker.
