Bredas are the most popular vehicles in the game, while Sp2 you
see quite rarely. Even rich players use Bredas more often than
Brums because it is easy to automate Bredas making while Brums
automation ends with 3 tanks and requires new manual click and
being online. Even the Top player of the entire game can only
make a limited amout of Steel/alu per day and therefore build
only a limited quantity of Brums. Let's say that a Top player
produces 200m Steel per map per day using 15h production on
plenty of bases at a high expence, then such 200m can only buy 5
sets of Brums because 1 set costs ca 40m. And if such Top player
owns 10 maps then the result is 50 sets of Brums per day. There
does not exist many such rich players, but the amount of Brums
would be still limited, maybe 50 sets per day, more likely 10
sets or so. The game does not allow to produce endless amount of
resources and therefore not so many Brums. Bredas don't have
such limitation. Many can produce easily over 50 sets of Bredas
per day. The cheap price of Bredas and their automation easyness
makes them so popular.
You just make few clicks and after an hour you have many sets of
Bredas ready for free steel and you run few more times and have
15 sets of Bredas ready for a Gpf work. During that time you
would do many manual clicks if you made Brums, plus you would
get much less sets than 15, plus your generated Steel would
diminish to 0.
It takes time to set up Gpfs compared to sending only Brums
alone in. But the dmg/sec of Gpf+breda is equal to Brums alone,
ca 2% per sec. Or, Gpfs may even make 2-3% dmg/sec. That's why
Bredas are a good choice when paired with Gpfs. Compared to
Brums, the Bredas are usually for free, are created many times
quicker, can be made many times more sets per day.
It is easy to make on the phone screen 15 sets of Bredas with
few click during the day at work, and use them later evening on
computer with Gpf+bredas combo.
