After you make 1 Apc then the number of bases in the upper menu
increases. If you have 1 home base and make an Apc then the menu
shows 2 bases. When you exceed you maximum allowed bases amount
by making too many Apcs and having too many bases then you get
the Priduction restricted message and that can mean that fuel
stays at very low amount etc so you can't move vehicles etc.
There are a special golden building that increases the amount of
bases you are allowed to have.
Around 4 Newcomer bases are allowed to take. When you have 1
home base plus 3 bases and make 1 last Apc then the menu shows
that you have 5 bases in total and alliws you to take the final
4th Newcomer base.
It is wise to have 1 account to have bases on many map areas
because travelling time will be lower later. To achieve that you
often travel with 1 account Apc to another edge of the map and
store your Apc in front of an alkey base and eventually make a
base there.
Smart is to have 1-2 Apcs ready before you start to attack a
target base. Many clans don't do it and start to socialize later
who should create an Apc for the destroyed base. That leads
sooner or later to problems. Only if the military amount is very
critical then you make the Apc at the end.
Sometimes you get a warning message when sending an Apc into an
empty base and you must resend few mire times and it will
succeed eventually.
There are also other vehicles like few airplanes that have 1
unit in a set like Apcs.
If you have many accounts on a map then you plan which account
needs which base type in which locations and you send Apcs in
front of your accounts bases.
When enemies are about to destroy a last flak of a base then it
is wise to have an Apc ready and few troops to take the destryed
base yourself.
Usually you have 2 clanless nongold accounts that make only 7
Lancias, 1 Maul, 1 Apc and take a newcomer bases which you
immediately overtake because you can't take Newcomer bases with
your main account.

If you compare the description texts between the conq boat and
truck then they differ. For the truck they write longer text.
All documentation is not professional. The question is why.
Maybe it is intentionally so. And there is no documentation how
to move Gpfs, stack trains, etc. Again, maybe intentional. Why
intentional? Well, it provides the opportunity to discover for a
player. The more you discover the longer you stay playing and
paying.
