       M4 has quite long view range and is quite cheap so it is
       rational to use it sometiems as a radar/spotter to just keep
       visible the spotted enemy base/units.
       There are vehicles with even higher view range, tanks with 11,
       12 view range, but those cost much more than M4.
       Obviously if the enemy has active scouts then those will kill
       sooner or later such M4 tank. But it is not an important loss
       and provides valuable info.
       As you in the picture you carefully/safely put your M4 tankas
       close as possible to the enemy and just leave to there. Your
       team will get intelligence data and will deal sooner or later
       with the spotted enemy unit.
