More muscle mass, increased metabolism and greater fat burning

This is a survival mechanism that we have from time immemorial.
Our ancestors needed a way to preserve body fat during periods
of food shortage and it worked quite brilliant. Unfortunately
for the people who are trying to lose fat, then this mechanism
functions still in you and me. If you eat fewer calories than
your body burns, then creates an energy deficit. Your body will
tap into its stores of fat, carbohydrates and protein to offset
the difference between what it needs and what it gets from the
diet. So in principle, the perfect way to lose weight would be
to cut down on calories and the amount of food you eat on a
       daily basis.
But you can not fool your body. The reason why dieting with a
low intake of calories always fail, is that with a decreased
metabolic rate, will have to further reduce your caloric intake
to maintain your weight loss. Notice that I use the word weight
loss because the body will sacrifice vital muscle mass and use
the stored carbohydrates to get enough energy to function. The
loss of muscle mass is disastrous as it further lowers
metabolism. It is very important to remember that it is your
muscles, which carries combustion in the body's energy.
Muscles use energy even when you sleep. Fat becomes like just
sitting. So most achieves a number of poor results by eating
fewer calories: Less motivation, strong appetite, more
fedtlagrende enzymes and impaired metabolism, causing them to
drop their diet. Now we come to the big problem: When you return
to your old eating habits and calorie intake, but now with less
muscle mass and resulting lower metabolism so you can eat less
and still be fatter. Talk about a recipe for disaster! The
result is that people take all the kilos that they have lost and
very often more than those they fought with before they went on
       a diet.
