       A New Rule For FanFic's and Others

       I have decided, that when you are posting a Fanfiction story,
       you are allowed to post your next chapter to the topic you made
       that contains the story, regardless if anyone has posted in it
       yet. This only applies to the Fanfiction storys for the moment,
       but will be updated later.
