       Recenmtly, my friend made an account for fun under the name
       Spartan something, and i know his email. Now, some guy
       registered, under an almost IDENTICAL email, and a simular
       username. Please, i will enforce this rule again; if you are IP
       banned, dont try to register again, it spams the forums with
       same people.
