What The Bloody Hell Is Going On?

OK, this has to stop. Seriously.
I am on the site literally in my free time, and in 3-4 cases, i
see a guest or two, come on, and it says that their registering,
30-45 minutes later, they just leave, and no account is created.
Another thing that happens is that people come on the forum, and
they literally do nothing on the forum besides like, stare at
the HomePage, and about 50 minutes later, they leave. What is
the reason for this? I understand that you may not like the
forum, but, you dont just stare at the HP for an hour and then
leave. Also, if your actually a MEMBER who is doing this, or
your one of the people who are pretending to register, i will
find out sooner or later. Seriosuly, did i just waste hours of
my life creating the forum, and have THIS happen? Sorry to be so
harsh, but, i did not waste an entire week of editing, creating
and modifying the forum for nothing. Let this be a warning. And,
if your a hater of me or what i've done, please, stop this. I
keep track of the IP Addresses everyone makes, and everyone who
comes on here has the same IP. I can ban the IP from coming on
here, if i can. So, stop this or i will put the site in
'techinal errors' for a day, and if i have to, LOCK the site.
I'm sorry to be so harsh an all, but this literally p*sses me
off everytime it happens.
This is not meant to scare off new members, but, rules are
rules.

Heck, i think there is a log of ALL the people who came on,
guest and members. Let me check.
EDIT: *shrugs* I guess there isnt. ANyways, i have a school
carnival to go to in, oh, let's call it, 25-30 minutes?

That's a good sign; i have finals in 2 weeks, i have to prepare
for that. School ends on June 1st, but if i get Flex Week, i can
leave school on May 28th. How cool is that?
