       Writing Sample Thread

       Post your writing samples so you can be accepted into the RP!!!
       NOTE: BEFORE POSTING, post in the Profiles thread first, so we
       know that you qualify, and THEN you post here.
       RULES: You must be descriptive in your post, and not just this
       once, but for EVERY time you post in the RP, you HAVE to be
       desciptive. I hope to enchance your writing skills and have fun
       at the same time. Here's a bad example:
       lucy the raptir dashed fastly acroos the jungle, chasing a
       t.rex. she leaped inti the aire and leapt onto the back. she
       tore into the skin and kill the t.rex. the t.rex fell dead.
       See, misspelled words, made up words, no capitalization, and
       god-modding. Here's a better example of the previous post:
       Lucy the Velociraptor dashed across the Jungle, running from a
       Tyrannosaurus Rex. She had killed his offpsring, and he became
       furious. The Tyrannosaur snapped at Lucy, but missed. Luck
       dashed to the left, and speed into the deep jungle, to where the
       Tyrannosaurus couldnt get to. The T. Rex bellowed in fury, and
       then retreated, having lost the battle. Lucy shrieked in
       victory, and returned to the nest.
       Try to keep it like that, but loner, like 6-7 sentences. Be
       descriptive!!! Add DETAILS about your characters surroudings!!
       Try and be like Michael Crichtion, be as descritpive as you can,
       so you get people interested.
       Let the posting begin!!!

       A lonely Herrerasaurus looked through the jungle in which he
       walked through. It was dark and dense. It was also quiet--too
       quiet. Not a bird, not a lizard, nothing. It made the jungle
       seem even creepier then before.
       Suddenly, a shape moved in the distance. He turned towards it
       trying to see what it was but gave up on it when the shape
       disappeared. Two glowing eyes appeared behind the Herrerasaur.
       It was Salazar. He quickly darted to another section of the
       jungle before the Herrerasaur turned towards to where Salazar
       once stood.
       A set of eyes appeared opposite of Salazar's new position.
       Nightmare, the Alpha female and his mate. Two more appeared
       close to her: Artemis and Nyx. Salazar blinked twice, it was
       time.

       No need for separate paragraphs, the text all in one is just
       fine. From the looks of things, you are free to play! Have fun,
       but also try to have more text, and be a bit more descriptive,
       like the temperature, the time and such. ;) Go ahead, play
       around Nublar, be sure to avoid the Raptor Caverns.
