The examination finishes as the alternate flash comes out
"Cadmus has been using Jay garricks blood to create speedster
soldiers. I don't know why but Cadmus is building soldiers to
counter us."
He walks towards the group

vision?"

Vandal savage overlooks the experiment "the results will come.
Because I demand it."
Suddenly the man's screams stop

Noir looks at him and says.

Cadmus labs
The hustle of a busy lab makes it hard to focus on anything or
anyone.
I pass an office and smell something burning
I enter the room and see someone setting fire to notes and
equipment
As I put it out the woman gets mad at me
"What are you doing?!"
"Saving you from a fiery death?"
"No! I'm burning my work, we'll barely work because none of it
WORKS!"
"Uhhh doctor?"
"No not doctor I failed my dissertation because it's
"unsubstantiated" evidence of the reaction of extra dimensional
energy? Mr. Savage thought it was a waste of time. Might as well
start saying "you want fries with that?"
"Wait....vandal savage?"

Wally moves the doctor outside of the room seconds before her
head meets with vandals fist
"You! I've heard about you! Two flashes have kicked your
immortal butt. Guess it's time to make it three."
I just need to hold out until the rest show up
