The roof of the church blows as a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent in an Iron
man suit flies in.
"You're all under arrest!"
The wooden ground blows as well as vines whip around and shape
into a man, wearing a green hooded robe.
"You really have to stop rushing in to these confrontations
Cole."
"I had a plan Emmett."
"That you refuse to share with others."
The robed man raises his arms and whips them down, causing two
vines tied to his wrists to whip out.

When the smoke clears they see that only the dead bodies of the
men are left and the book of crime left on his chest

He turns to the woman
"Hush mother. Before I relive you of your tongue. Her flesh will
save this world."
He licks the side of her cheek

Emmett whips the book off the mans chest.
"What is this?"
"Evidence. Come on, we got to find anyone around here."
Emmett puts his hands on the ground and roots grow from his
fingers into it. He is sensing for anyone around.

"Alright what are we doing here?"

"A dozen or so men were found murdered in a church over in
Oakland last night. Hours later every fortune teller in the bay
area suffered from seizures at the same time. Wonder girl is on
the scene invetigating."
Robin says
"And where is she?" Superboy asks
"Thats...what we need to find out."
The boys run through the city and arrive at a garage
"What now robin?" The streak asks
"We'll use this."
The garage opens and a batmobile sits in the garage
"You have a batmobile here?!" The streak asks
"Batman doesn't even know." Robin says with a smirk
"How?!" Superboy says dumbfounded
"Hid it in the batarang budget."
"What?"
"It's larger than you think."
"Dibs on driving." The streak says
"Can you even drive?" Robin says
"I'm about to."

Cole flies above the city sensing for electronics, as Emmett
senses for any odd gathering of people underground.
"Emmett I got a high tech vehicle nearby."
"And I'm sensing a large group of variously powered people.
Mostly on the younger side. Let's check it out."
Cole goes into Cloak mode and watches as multiple masked
children gather by a batmobile. A flower silently springs up
from the ground behind them.

"Whoops."
The batmobile flies high above the nearby buildings
"Were going to die!" Changeling shouts as he turns into an
octopus
"Were going 110!" Robin shouts
"That's it? Talk about taking it slow! More pedal to the metal!"
The batmobile turns right sharply into a construction site
wonder girl stands like a deer in headlights as she flips the
car right before it hits her
The batmobile ends up upside down
"Look....we're here." The streak Says
"I should bite your jugular right now." Changeling says as he
takes the form of a cobra
"Streak. Press the Blue button."
He covers superboys mouth and makes a shhh with his lips
"What is one of my batmobiles doing in the bay area? Why are
it's systems offline? Robin?"
"Bussssted." Changeling says as everyone but the streak leaves
the car to talk to wonder girl

Another flower pops up in the construction yard. Cole stands
ontop of the site still cloaked.
"These guy's don't look like those Circus of Crime freaks. But
they could cause alot of damage by accident. Some of them are
old heroes. Emmett stay with them, keep tabs on them, I'll tell
you if I find anything."
Cole flies off.

"Look Cassie sorry for....the entrance but we need your help."
Robin appears next to wonder girl
"Your investigating the fortune tellers and wonder woman doesn't
know about it does she?"
"What?! How do you-"
"You want to strike out on your own as a hero. Don't want to
live in your mentors shadow."
She says nothing
"Welcome to the team."
The streak kicks the door open and starts pouring gas on the car
Robin calmly takes the cannister
"It's the only wa-"
"No it is not."
"But-"
"No streak....not again."

I look at one of the people next to me.
"Hey... Do... Do you know where I am?"
The Flower blows in the wind, still acting as a way to hear them
better.
