A tendril almost hits cole and the streak runs him out of the
way
"So how've you been cole?" The streak says as he dodges tendrils
"Last time I saw you we dealt with Larry savage." The steak
makes himself laugh

"Annoyed, since that, symbiote hybrids have been popping up
everywhere. Agents have taken to calling them Blacklight. The
only symbiote not completly in the mixture is Scorn, and that is
because she is still bonded to me."
Cole dodges a tendril and blasts an electric shock at it.
"Whats worse is that sound doesn't work on it anymore. Luckly
electricity does. Don't get to close, it is contagious. The
only reason I can is because it seems to think I am already
infected because of Scorn. Why am I telling you this... Get to
school!"
Cole charges the monster and tackles it, but flies into the air
with it and slams it back down.

A streak rushes around cole and suddenly a gold lightning bolt
launches from the streak and strikes the symbiote
Cole looks at the streak surprised
"Heh...heh." the streak says as he breaths in deep
"Since when can you do that?" Cole asks as he stands over him
"I.....fought....a..." The streak over exaggerates a deep breath
as he stands
"Weird stalker fan of barry two weeks ago. He was faster then me
by a mile but I saw he had a technique to shoot lightning. I
studied it and...Well that's the second time it's actually
worked."
Cole stares at him then uses his ear piece
"Colonel fury I have an update on your...project."
He looks at the streak with a serious face
"Go...to...school...now."

A streak runs to the top of midtown high school
"Ow...ow!...owowowow!"
Donovin jumps up and down on the hot roof as he changes out of
his scorched clothes into his backup outfit that he keeps just
in case this happens
"I do so much for this city and what do I get for it? A black
spot on my tuchus! Great!"
The school bell rings as he slowing bangs his head on the brick
wall
"Juuuuust. Great."
"In one week. You will come to my class.. and be a superhero."
The sentence makes donovin jerk awake from his chair
"This is an oral presentation. With all the crime that is
rampant and these so called "super villans" every day people
have rose to the challenge of defending us. And a select few
have...extra abilities. You will describe who you are and what
you do. You can make one up or be one of the real ones that are
popping up all over madison Avenue."
"Can we be a villan?" A wise crack is spoken from the back
Donovin suddenly pictures the villans he fought over the last
two months. Captain cold and the rogues, vandal savage,the king
pin, and the other speedster
"You can even be a villan." The teacher replies
Donovin thinks of the time he brought a mutant to the xmen and
his cousin and the 5'7 Canadian that smells like a wet
dog.....and shadow cat and Jean grey
Suddenly the thoughts dissaper
"What about the streak?"
Donovin smiles as he puts his head back down and zones out

The final bell rings and the students pile out of the school.
As they leave Donovin spots Wally West. He grabs him and the
walk to an alleyway.
"And now I know why you asked if something weird was happening
in Central City... You saw the Kramer case file didn't you?"
Wally taps his foot.

Donovin sarastically acts Surpised as he puts a hand over his
mouth
"What....what's a John Kramer?" He asks as students walk past
the alley

Wally grabs Donovin and runs him out of the city.
"This isn't a joke, he may be the third scariest criminal CCPD
has had to deal with. We actually need to work with GCPD on
this one, as he seems to be able to get people from both cities.
He's killing people in sick a twisted ways, taking both regular
people, small time heros, and Villains as well. No one seems to
be able to figure out what his goal is. The only reason I am
telling you this is because I don't need you getting caught."
Wally pulls out the case files and starts flipping through the
pages.

"He's going after capes?" Donovin asks stunned
He quickly thinks of the all the new heroes he's met
"You don't have to worry wally. Cause we're both gonna crack
this."

to make continue life like normal. Anyway, Last thing I need is
S.H.I.E.L.D. breathing down the backs of two police stations.
Especially after they just captured that cannibal guy."
Wally looks straight at Donovin.
"I am going back to CCPD. Don't follow me."

their neck?!"
Donovin thumbs through the case file
"Thanks red rocket,now I need a crime lab.....well...I'm sure he
wouldint mind if I made myself at home. Plus he's probably
tracking him too right? Yeaaaa I'm sure he won't mind."
The streak speeds off for
