MIDTOWN HIGH
Me and parker exchange a quick glance as we sit down and begin
talking.
"You hear the kingpin got put away?"
"Ya whoever managed to grab those disks must have been a real
hero."
"Ya but the guy who released them to the public wasint to bad."
"Someone agrees."
The bell rings as class starts.
ROXXON UNDERGROUND HOSPITAL
"Did you check the reading?"
"I am doing that right this minute."
"And?"
"It's a reading."
"Same as before?"

The two doctors observe the man wrapped had to toe in bandages.
"He hungry today?"
"Pulse is good. Beat yet."
"What did you do this weekend?"
"Nothin. Went to the movies."
"What you see?"
"Some Matt Damon garbage."
"Go see if parasite left us any presents."
"Mmmwwhhhy.....did you call me that?"
The doctors look at each other in shock."
"Why did you call me parasite?"
The purple and white skinned hunk of mass begins to form and
take the shape of a human

"Why guys? It makes everything so...peppy."
"Yo shut the fuck up! Who even is this new kid anyway?"

Another group of kids walk up
" man all the superheroes in Newtons and stuff... What if it was
like in Ghostbusters when it was like sign. Like some bad news
is coming... What if that's why all these super power people
keep popping up?"
Mar Jane Watson comes up and asks
"Are you actually using Ghostbusters yo try to prove a point?"
" yeah I don't know you think maybe we should do something about
it?"
"Do what?" I ask
" you know do something about all these mutants or whatever.
Keep an eye out I mean."
"Ya know that's what the Germans said about the jews." Peter
says
" well did you never had big red laser beam should not there

Tyler slaps blots hand as he looks in anger.
" it feels like we're in trouble or something I mean it doesn't
it feel weird that there's people with superpowers all up in our
stuff?"

We turn to see a blonde up against a wall.
" how do you think the dinosaurs felt moments just before the
meteor hit? I mean they were just like standing around and all
of a sudden like oh s***, we're extinct. I mean that's what's
going on right? That's what you're worried about. We are
extinct. All the sudden it's if you don't fly you don't survive.
I mean there's like, a guy who can walk on walls? What's that
about? And now you have to think about that fact every day of
your life. The fact that you can't change. But like, then I
think about it like this I think maybe the difference between us
and the dinosaurs is we know. They didn't know they didn't have
a chance but we know there are things in this world more
powerful than us. But the real question is what r us normal
people what are we going to do without powers? But see? What is
like, powers anyhow? This dude right there is stronger than me,
does that make them super powered? Cuz I have a theory that,
like, whatever you do... Is your superpower and I think that in
this new world you're just going to be forced to do what is you
do best or you ain't going to make it. & I think if we can get
into that mindset I don't think there's going to be a problem
with all the super power,, speedster, goblin people because
we'll all have super powers."
"And you are?"
"Gwen Stacy. It's my first day here."
She walks off and tyler and I look at each other and at the same
time say
"Dibs !"

"Hello....

The man wakes up to see armed guards all around him.
"You're awake that's good."
"Who are you?"
" I'm dr.Pym I've been in charge of your case and you were
brought here. You've been sedated and for that I apologize but
we need to talk. First of all your quite safe."
"Safe from what?"
"Do you remember how you got here?"
" I don't know where I am? Where am i? It's so dark I can't...
So nauseous."
" you suffered from severe trauma to your optic nerve. What is
the last thing you remember? Do you remember what happened?
There was an accident you were in a very serious accident in
Roxxon industries you've been in a coma."
" Savage. How long? How long was I in a coma?"
" 3 months.."
"I don't remember."
" there was an accident at Roxon industries. You suffered a
number of wounds to the face and neck but... you fell into a
number of hazardous chemical waste it expose you to radiation we
have never seen before. Your skin its different... Anybody who
tries to touch you has disintegrated into ash"
"Wha-what!"
Rudy you need to stay calm. We monitored progression of the
radiation it moved throughout your entire body into your cells
changing them semmingly permeatly. Your cells can withstand an
enormous amount of pressure and energy if done right you could
not have to eat or drink ever all you have to do is touch it and
it would just automatically metabolize and"

what would happen?"
The doctors don't speak
" that is what you're saying yes? You could have cured this but
you decided not to. Who the f*** are you??"
" we're not allowed to say but this is a government agency.

normal response Rudy you shouldn't feel ashamed about emotion"

Rudy rips through the metal and grabs the man by the throat
dissolving him completley. Pym rushes out of the room as they
open fire.
the bullets bounce off his skin and some are absorbed he runs
and punches a man's head through a wall and grabs the other.
"Now tell me where I am!"

MIDTOWN HIGH HALLWAYS
God this is boring,watching everyone move at a snails place for
however long I do is Is gonna be the death of me there has to be
a way to make sure I'm not....bored into slow motion. Books?
Comic books? Don't think the Flash ever dealt with this.
Music?..that might work put headphones onto my
helmet..headphones that wouldint look good maybe a design or
something?
I look and see one of the players for the football team running
at full force at Peter as he bends over to pick up some books.
Can't stop him or I'll look sucpicous How'd I get there so fast
Yada Yada Yada.
So the award for superpowered hero trying desperately to keep
his identity a secret goes too.
The jock kicks Peter in the ass and sends him flying a couple of
feet. He looks up with teary eyes and says" ow! Owwy ow! Why you
do that what is wrong with you???"
"What is your problem fat boy?"
That same blonde woman from the rallys gets in his face.
"You ever do that to someone again and I'll stick you like the
fat pig you are!!"

I see the knife she was holding drop before anyone else
unfortunately so does a teacher.
"What is this?...Stacy great way to start at school. Your second
day."
"Captain stacy?. Captain stacy?. Captain..."

The police captain looks over a crime scene a rural neighborhood
not a crime in the last month suddenly is home to murder. Woman
the age of 16 opened the door late at night and all that's left
is an ash outline. The rooms been torn apart head too toe beads
through the window dresser has been ripped apart but no
blood...no finger prints.
His cellphone rings.
"This is captain stacy. What?...she what? Did you call her
mother?...Because im....Well yes this really...yes but there's
nothing I can do I'm at a crime scene..what did she do this
time?...oh lord.no I diddint know she had a knife. No I
certainly wouldint have known she was bringing one to school.
Well no offense bit your tone seems to be a little accusatory.

He walks out of the home and hangs up and sees the crowd all
asking questions.

"So what urich? What's the angle?"
The editor in chief j. Johna Jamenson sits in his desk looking
annoyed already.

rented the house just before the murdered woman was Rudy Jones."
"That names seems a little familar."
"He was one of the chief scientists at Vandal savages company."
"Oh ya he died in the explosion so what?"
"The thing is...he diddint. There's no death certificate.
There's no death announcements. Plus if you remember a few weeks
ago I came in you and told you that my sources confirmed that
Jones was taken to a government hospital / medical facility
somewhere in South Jersey codename octagon."

" and... And that same source called me out of the blue just
yesterday and tells me quote Jones escaped from the facility
after murdering several government employees."
"Where is this supposed government facility?"
"I don't know he wouldint say."
"Ben this story has more holes in it then a Micheal bay movie."
" I'm sorry, who in this room broke the kingpin story? Who is
that? Raise your hands if... Oh, oh it was me. WoW and still I
don't even get a little attitude in the 5 o'clock meeting.
Jonah, you could told us to go for the big story this could be a
big story. The doctor was being quote observed because of
complications in these conditions brought on by the explosion at
Roxxon industries."

" considering what we know happened to rocks on in the explosion

The window crashes open as a purple and white skinned man lands.

baby I bet. But I wonder, I wonder if in that moment just before
you drift off at night when you're headed to the pillow I wonder
if you realize just for that second how evil you truly are. What
an absolute horror of a human being you are. What? Oh please,
don't, don't insult me with your sleazy used car salesman talk.

The opposite side of the room sits an empty desk in the office
of one of the richest men in new York
Rudy stares at the painting of the white haired old man and
continues talking.
" bought a little industrial espionage between friends is
alright so what's a little industrial sabotage. I can't, I can't
even remember what we were working on that rocks on it remember
I went to the lab they're destroyed ah... It, it, it hurts
too... Skin is so cold I can feel my atoms inside me. I can feel
them right now! But I tell you this you should have made sure I
was dead. You should have made sure. You start taking those oily
fingers and check my pulse yourself it's now I will not rest
until I see you destroyed! You hear me? You will feel what I
feel! For what you've done to me!! What you done in my life my
life! I will do it ruin you... Ruin you."
He looks and sees a model of a chemical power plant.

"Captain stacy? Ben urich from the daily bugle is on the line."
"Tell him I passed away."
Captain stacy looks across his desk at the 16 year old girl and
dosent say a word.
"What?"
"Gwen I can't belive it! I just cant. Where did you even get a
knife? What's your answer to that? I have all these men under my
command and I cant get my own daughter to do with the simple
courtesy of not bringing a weapon to school. I put you in
lockdown for tonight? Would that snap you out of this sullen
little phase you're going through? Because that's what they do
to little girls whose dad's aren't police captains who pull
knifes of fellow students. They toss them in jail."
She gets up and walks out.
"Where are you going?"
" I thought we were going to have a talk this isn't a talk this
is you freaking out. So freak out by yourself."
"Sit down young lady."
" you know what really bums me out dad? Yes, yes I did bring a
knife to school. I didn't pull it out on the kids and you know
what? You never asked me what. Maybe someone a pact me or try to
harm me you never asked. I pulled the night because this big off
was attacking this cute little Peter Parker boy for no reason.
Guy just walked right up to him started taking them with friends
a lot. And nobody was doing anything about it. Nobody! Not the
teachers. Not the other students. No one. And this idiot was
going to keep taking them unless someone stopped it. So I
stopped it. You looked me right in the eye and you tell me that
I did the wrong thing you tell me!"

He picks up the phone.
"Hi captain Ben Urich,catch you at a bad time?"
"I hate you."
"Love you too listen, the murder on Rand seen. Do you know who
rented the place part of the woman we saw this morning?"
"This a riddle?"
" well I did a little digging with some contacts... Rudy Jones.
Dr. Rudy Jones. This is a doctor of some accolade who
disappeared in the explosion at Roxon industries. And I have a
source that says he's been sighted in the area and all the
sudden the woman living in his old apartment is dead for no good
reason."
"Thanks I'll look into that."
He sees Gwen walk out of the police station but a man in a suit
stop him from running after.
"Out of the way please."
"Captain stacy? Hi i need to talk about the homicide case on
racine."
"You'll have to talk to the homicide department."
"I'd appriciate if you'd help us out."
"And you are?"
"I'm federal that's all I can say."
"You have some kinda ID or something?"
"Of course."
"Wait does this have to do with doctor jones?"
The two walk into his office.
"Any available units please respond to hammer tech reports of a
break in."
Finally! Something happens tonight
"We met once before mr hammer."
"We did?"
" I was there at the diplomats dinner a couple of years ago, and
you look for the president right in the eye and you told them
that the mutants were going to cost in the second term."

The two walk into the destroyed office of Justin hammer. They
look at the torn portrait on the ground.

moonshine you know that and book making."

my partner Cole. Colonel fury sends his warmest regards. And
asked us to look into this manner personally."
" now why would a frisky organization like S.H.I.E.L.Dbe sent in
a couple of young bucks like yourself it's over to investigate a
break in the Manhattan office? Nothing was even taken"
"Nothing was taken sir?"
Hammers assistant says
"No sir."
"No sir she replys."
"And you weren't here when the break in occured?" Carter asks
"No I was in my casino in Atlantic city."
"Did you call the police?" Cole asks
"No,they better. It's an old to see no root you don't answer the
public that someone even tries to rob you first off it gives

"They won't let me smoke anymore so I'm asking you boys again
why does S.H.E.I.L.D care about this?"
The two agents look at the assistant and hammer says
"They are politely asking you to leave."
The door closes and carter says
" okay what we're about to tell you is level 7 classified and it
falls under the Quartermain oath you took in 1997."
"Everything stays in this room."
"Okay."
"Do you know who Rudy Jones is?"
"I....have met him."
"Colonel fury is gonna need more than that." Cole says
"Then he can call me. What of the good doctor?"
"He was in an accident."
"He was in our custody but he escaped."
"And he came here?"
" explosion caused chemicals to be exposed to him."

The streak sits above the window on a ledge feet dangling off
listening.

remember a lot of things. He told the agent in charge one that
he doesn't even remember what they were working on when the
accident happened."

Agents and civilians, and we are assuming that this visit here
means you might be next."
The room goes quiet
The streak peeks his head below the frame and a gun and various
tech bits are being pointed at him.
They fire and the streak runs through the buidling and goes to
the roof.
"What the hell are you doing?!"
"I'm sorry sir we have orders."

Cole flys closer to the kid, continuing till they are side by
side.
"Just come back, no one will hurt you, we just need to know how
much you heard."
A wall of tech from surrounding areas begins to form infront of
them.
