Yeah, I still can't believe they got away with having them in
packs for the whole year when they were practically useless for
90% of players.

Don't know why this has only just dawned on me... but I need to
decide whether to buy 14 for Xbox 360 or PS3.
Was just trundling along thinking I would buy it on PS3 as that
is where I play 13 today.
But, why not switch?
All joking aside, which is truly better?
Kids will have some say, as they have friends on one and not the
other... but I will need to give it some thought before I
order...
Sell it to me guys...

I have both consoles too Hopnut - I personally find the Xbox
controller more suitable for me to do skill moves, which is why
I will get in on the Xbox again (if I get it at all, undecided
ATM)
Practically speaking if I were you I'd borrow a copy of Fifa 13
for the Xbox off someone & see how you find it offline trying to
play with the controller
Or wait until demo release, download both & see - I will do this
but have a strong preference for Xbox controller over PS3

It was more the online experience I was most interested in.
The online experience on PS3 is not exactly terrific.
I don't suffer with lag too much, but have issues connecting to
PSN (though think this may be my home network), and with
disconnects, and match finding.
It's a good point about the controller though.
I do have issues with it for COD, when I catch the edge of the
R1 / L1 buttons when triggering on L2 / R2..
Think I will take your advice and demo both... cheers
