400 USD last year...
oops also season ticket...
i think i should sell coins and spend that money on fifa14
packs...

I would like to think the money i took out is for the Xbox One
but i know fine well that it will be spent long before November
so i guess that doesnt really count.

Anyone else think that with the money in coin selling, youtube
etc. EA might have to clamp down on it. At the moment a very
small % of FUT users buy coins but that's because relatively
small youtubers advertise them, NepentheZ being the biggest and
he's 'only' got 300k or so subs. Now imagine that he and others
blow up massively with new consoles etc. and get to 1mil or so
and then imagine that KSI decides to advertise coin sellers, now
you have 3/4mil who know about coin selling. The amount of
money changing hands and the amount of coins on the market will
be huge and has the potential to ruin FUT. Players will be so
expensive, PF'ing will the rife etc. Maybe this won;t happen
next year witht he split markets but in Fifa 15 when then
youtubers are massive, the coins sellers are better known and
have more reliable, quicker delivery of coins.
No idea why I decided to post that but I honestly think it will
happen, quite a few people are making a living off this game.

That's a pretty good point there Lewis. Be interesting to see
what happens. I imagine they could eventually come up with a way
of removing coins from the mode. Maybe a ratings based swapsies,
lol.
Money spent by me on UT 11, 12 and 13.... 10 quid. Time spent
trading, 4 months pre Xmas on 12.
I'm a team builder so basically work my way up like that. Buy
very smartly and constantly build new teams, selling the old for
profit. Last year I traded a fair bit for those 4 months and got
up to about 800k in player value, by the end it was near but not
quite a mil. Couldn't be arsed trading at all this year but I
currently have 7 teams out of 92 built, so that's 85 teams
traded. I have a 500k trade deficit with 900k match earnings. No
idea how that works out to the 850k I have in my current
teams....

I dont think it will ruin FUT well not entirely. I dont see it
getting any worse than it was this year. The value of coins is
what causes people to scam, hack, abuse gameplay, pricefix,
bidbump, the game is already rife with the stench of corruption.
Then you had the scenario at the beginning of FUT this year that
practically ruined the game before it started.
EA wont clamp down on it, well they wont replace coins, as coins
essentially is what gets them our hard earned cash. They would
do well to make the better players actually better, so that
people like me would be more inclined to want coins to buy them.
Its got to stage now where im totally indifferent towards that.
Here's a question and id love anyone to enlighten me, probably a
stupid question. Why is coin selling not allowed?
The only reason i can think of is so that if you want coins, you
have to get them indirectly via packs thus ensuring the money
goes to EA not a 3rd party. The way i see it is I earned those
coins so i can do what i want with them, can shove their
intellectual property up their collective asses.

I wouldn't be surprised if EA don't start selling coin bundles
soon, at massively inflated prices tho

Thing is people would probably buy them from EA instead of
cheaper coin seller due to the fact you won't ever be scammed.

the will never do that....main reason: the get more money out of
packs selling. People keep buying untill they get something good
out of it. Next to that is kind of addictive. So no coins
selling....packs only!
