Been reviewing the EPL TOTS. It's nuts ... pure nuts!
EA is diluting so much of what they've released during the year.
My comments ...
• Fullback ratings are relevant (to other positions) than
previous years, but boy - those are SOME stats on those
fullbacks!
• The ratings! :o :o ... how many freakin' 90-rated cards
are there going to be in FUT this year!
• Luiz card is far better than his TOTY card in '15 ...
and by some margin!
HTML http://i.imgur.com/bJ2bt9j.png
• The upgrades in ratings for someone like Keane for
instance - is stupid. Compared to Van Dijk from last year (77 to
84), Keane has gone from a 75 NR to 89 (no upgrade). I
understand that the initial IF's have set that bar ... again,
just dumb
Maybe EA should revisit what they classify as
gold/silver/bronze. 71 should be the lowest gold maybe? Make
Ronaldo/Messi 90/89 rated as a max? Leaves scope for plenty
cards for each, and only the real marquee cards get a 90-rated
one.
Did a count on FUTHead ... 123 cards that are 90 and greater. :o
Edit ... threw in Ramos into that pic. Crazy!

wow.....nice comparison Kiwi. It is indeed insane. Why is EA
doing this? First they killed bronze/silver players and now
upgrading Golds to such an extent. Shame

I'm not sure I follow the logic of united having 4 players to
city's 1 given their respective league seasons ??? I mean it's
not an outrage just a little odd. Or is it a nod to the fact
united have had a bronze manager in charge of them all season
;)

Yeah Eric, I was surprised myself.
I had a look back at stats y'day when I saw that and seems like
City players struggled to 'perform consistently'. Obviously they
were able to pull through and get the results, unlike Utd.
I know we don't work in 'ifs' ... Here's my frustration with Utd
...
• Utd lost 5 times, Chelsea 5 and Spurs 4
• Home records for Chelsea & Spurs was impressive - 2 draws for
Spurs, 0 for Chelsea. United had 10!
• If United had scored 9 more goals at home - would equal the
average between Chelsea & Spurs for home draws - 18 points & Utd
are above Spurs.
I know it's big 'ifs', but I guess it highlights that there were
some constant performers for Utd, but at times they simply did
not get the results. They just had a horrible season when it
came to the front line - consistency, fitness issues, etc.

It's a strange one as I do acknowledge that city haven't had a
great season and it's hard to say who from city should be in
there with kdb. Maybe it's a positional thing. I'd say Sane
should probably be in ahead of Valencia or Herrera but accept
they have been 2 of uniteds better players. Maybe David silva
could be in but isn't due to better performers in that position.
Just strange that the team likely to finish 3rd under
represented compared to the one thats been widely criticised for
falling short and have thrown in the towel about 4 games before
season has concluded. I should probably be more surprised they
haven't found a way to shoe horn rashford in there somewhere too
lol

United is horrible because of Mourinho. Every team.gets its
share of issued. He doesn't dare to let them.play attacking
football. Look at Conti....he did much better with Chelsea than
M. with more or less the same players...

What do you think glad, reckon Ajax can beat them next week? In
theory it should be a mismatch, as a non united fan and mourinho
loather I'd love to see them flop

Yeah - a few injures on City's side too, meant they missed. If
there was anyone to swap, I think Ibra has to go for Aguero. I'd
like to use that Ibra of course, but Aguero scored 1 more with
less playing time (even tho' Ibra was injured).
I must say - Liverpool fans should be disappointed! No
Coutinho/Firmino but there's Lallana ... not a bad card, but
certainly those other 2 deserve it more. I know Firmino had a
lean spell at a point, and when they're (EA) stuck on including
5 strikers, he never had a hope.
Only 2 wingers ... that was a mistake. Coutinho in for Lallana
would definitely have been my choice.
