Great pull Eric! Love the guy! One of the first to break the
       100-game barrier for us.

       nice pull Eric!
@ hyper pressure: I think I can manage once I got more games
played. As I said,, this is not an easy pick up and play game if
you face them. Setting the camera to coop also helps a lot, you
easily find the open spaces (tip from TWS last year).

Good to hear. First impressions were very good actually.
Tempted to keep him. Before i pulled him i had been looking at
getting Isco for the CAM role. Have you tried Isco?

The settings are Co-op camera, maximum height (20) and no zoom
(0). Takes a bit of getting used to if you haven't used it
before, especially with making standing tackles in defence.
It is hugely important in helping find the gaps and free men
though. Also helps cover gaps when they get some crazy
       interception and counter attack.
Dealing with high pressure of the manic kind is the big
challenge of 16. It is twice as hard as previously due to
several things. The interceptions, the first touch and control
needed to make good passes, the random wildly missplaced passes,
and the inability of refs to call blatent fouls. As has been
said there will be gaps, but finding is harder this year because
of the reasons I've listed. I think the key is to evade the
initial onrushing man. This isn't easy but if you manage it you
have space and an out of position opponent.
Shielding doesn't work because they just run straight through
you and the refs are useless. Stepovers and exit isn't as good
this year, ball rolls are decent in right situation and L2 R2
could be helpful or maybe fakeshot exit. It's something I'm
working on. It's all about evading that initial man.

Not quite that small! Basically the Pro Clubs camera. I couldn't
       play without it now.

Starting to think I've just not encountered much hyper pressure.
Div 6 ofc and not played much cup.
I just play to the full backs/CBs for a couple yards of space,
hit a crossfield pass to the opposing full back and then work a
player into the space they leave with a few passes.
I used to use the 3rd man running all the time in attack, it's
the same kind of thing in defence, kind of why I'm liking high
attack full backs. As the wide/centre mid get closed down on
those initial passes, the full back moves into the space the
       pressing has left.
Saying that, I do still get caught in possession with the full
backs at times. Too slow on the pass back when the mids have all
decided to run off up the pitch. Got some good dribbling full
backs tho and they don't have too much trouble side stepping a
       pressing opposition fwd.
The two areas I struggle are in creating/finishing chances, I
need to get more variety/less hesitancy in my play there.
Defending against dribblers, mainly because I don't actually use
tackle at all, never have done but this year the auto tackle is
kinda nerfed, they'll stand off forever or they just don't react
so well when you release contain and move for the ball....

       Same.
Dribblers kill me. And of course, goes without saying that once
they realise that, it's all they do.
I also never used to actually tackle. I used to jockey/contain
(whatever) and bring a second player to crowd the player out.
This no longer seems to work. They now just seem to go stand
near the guy and follow him around, like his mate..
And if I as much as go near anyone in the box. Pen.
Really really struggling to defend. Like, at all.
Going forward I think I am actually better than I was when I
quit 15 (which isn't hard, granted).
Creating and scoring a few. But then I love to pass, pass,
       pass, pass...

I've never actually used the 2nd man either. Player switching
has always been my thing but that's a bit iffy this year too.
Basically, I would chase/anticipate and herd the attacker with
my 1st guy, normally a mid, then switch and semi contain with
the 2nd, a goalside defender, often stepping away from them a
bit so I could tackle them after an inevitable skill move. If
that didn't do the job on its own, I'd switch again and move for
the ball with the 1st guy or a 3rd one even, depending on the
       switch.
Without meaning to boast, I was a bloody awesome defender on
previous FIFAs considering I never tackled or used a 2nd
       defender button, lol.
On 16, sometimes when I switch for the 1st guy, I get someone
I've got no use for OR I switch to the 2nd guy as he helpfully
steps out of a goalside position. The 3rd panic switch is then
uselessly random and followed by another 5 panic switches to
static defenders while the dribbler casually strolls directly
       ahead and scores.
I think the answer to that is probably in selecting the switch
with the right stick, something else I've never done.
It actually wouldn't be half as bad if the 2nd defender wasn't
stupidly anticipating the attacker continuing fwd in a straight
line and stepping out of the way before I get to him. I get
goalside but the attacker turns, so I need to switch, boom, CB
steps neatly behind whoever I just switched from. 2 defenders
standing on a sixpence with a nice gaping hole in front of goal
       right next to them...
I'm sure it's all in these vastly complicated extra control
       commands somewhere...
