       Nice one Cuz.
We've always been 3412 fans - always. Tried the SIF Neymar/Tevez
combo there ... struggled. Changed to 4312 ... struggled even
       more.
Simply put it down to '451 love' & not really a dislike for
3412. Obviously there is 'apparent' stability at the back with
the extra person, (or make-up of the defence). Having said that,
I have found that Wendell - Bundes LB - at times is either an
attacking left CAM, or even in a RCM slot ... likewise with
       Abate.
       Nevertheless, really enjoying this formation.
pulls out tomato box from under the bed ...
Would it not be such a value-add to the game, to simply see your
       record, by formation ???
... dejectedly pushes back said tomato box under the bed!

       WORLDS STRONGEST MAN!!
It's Ibra of course but in the mean time-
  HTML http://i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj538/cuz05/ASquad_zps76litywz.png
I may one day actually make this team just for a giggle. Not
sure what set me onto it tbh.
Quick run down, 89+ strength on all but the full backs and GK.
Those full backs still have near 80. It may not play that
terribly either, front 2 have obvious qualities, as does Guarin.
Of the other 2 mids, Sanchez has 79 short passing, Wanyama 72
and neither of them look abysmal on the ball. Defensively, you'd
expect it to be er... vaguely solid.
Very much piques my curiosity how they'd go. Route one FTW.

So I have a choice of 3 87 rated midfielders to complete this..
       Modric (45k), Rodriguez (57k) or Kroos (25k)...

If I look at that, I currently see a CDM & a CM. If you go
Kroos/Modric - which both are great btw - personally they're
       more 'CM' than 'CAM'.
Without a doubt, you need Rodriguez there to give the attack
more balance. He is pretty ridiculous too! One of the best (out
& out) CAM's in the game.

So similar to what I've been looking at. You'll obviously see
what I have below but I think all 3 are great options. Had a
quick look at possible unaffordable players to see how
unaffordable they were and the 1st player I looked at for LCAM
yesterday was Modric. He was unaffordable or I think I'd have
got him and figured out the links later. James Rodrigues I
didn't look at straight away as I figured he was totally
       unaffordable. I was right.
Kroos I've had at RCAM ofc. He is brilliant in his way but like
Kiwi says, he's a CM rather than a CAM. I like him because he's
about when Lahm strays but mostly because he feeds the wide runs
so well, I adore his passing and I love his shooting. I want
attacking WRs around him ideally but whatever, just shoot from
       distance.
But I think I'd go Rodrigues, because he's exciting.

Unlike Kiwi says, I think Gundogan has CAM qualities. True, he's
not a goalscoring CAM but that H/M WR, good dribbling and
awesome passing, he fits my bill. I hope he'll do as well for me
in 451 as he did in 433(5), where his fwd running inside Volland
       was very useful.
Kroos is a keeper so he just moves over. As he has to because
Konoplyanka has been too good to replace and I've got to fit
this new, barely-worth-an-extra-5k-let-alone-27k upgrade IF I
bought into the team. Really liked NIF Kruse up front in 451 in
my 1st FUT16 team so obvious overload of healthy optimism
       surrounding this latest signing.
Reason I'm not to bothered about having true CAMs in those
positions is because of the interchange with the wingers and the
roaming CM... I quite like CAMs who can play those others in for
sort of second wave attacks and then pitch in defensively on the
cover. I had 2 weak and skilful CAMs in my 1st 451 and tho they
were a decent threat, I wasn't keen on the overall balance. A
lot depended on the CM doing his one job and then the wingers
had to sacrifice their position and get back at times too.
In this team, Koke (H/H), Kroos and Lahm seemed to balance
nicely, the wingers were free to attack and the central 3 could
all do some sort of job in either direction.
Of course, it's good if they can finish as well. Most overrated
       stat imo tho.

Yeah Cuz, Gundogan can assist in an 'attacking midfield' role,
but I wouldn't want him to bear the burden of needing to score,
if the for instance, the striker knocks it down & generally he
would be closer to goal than Kroos (WR's & pace).
Kroos has the massive shooting and as much as it's a positive,
it's also a negative. Most times you'll rather take the long
shot than getting in a better position ... well, I know that's
       what I do anyway :P.
It's kinda like Iniesta now - he's an awesome playmaker in the
midfield, but in front of goal, you feel like you need a little
more assurance. His TOTY card last year was insane - had 79
shooting on his card (80 finishing and a whopping 95
positioning) and for me was the ultimate CAM - we did play 791
       games with him :o. LOL.
Now, if we have the choice, Isco is the CAM and Iniesta is the
CM. Yes, Iniesta has more defending, but Isco is the 'better'
       CAM.
James ... his shooting is ridiculous. Again, all those qualities
you want in a great CAM.

One of the conclusions I had reached was that it turns out on
closer inspection, that James has shooting almost on a par with
the shooting I knew Kroos had . But with some pace. He is
short of Kroos on both shooting and passing, but not by much (-2
on Long Shots -1 on Shot Power).
I love Modric though (IRL) and as a Spurs fan, it's hard not to
       put him in their  ::)
I don't have quite enough for James yet.. would need to trade
some more, as I only just reached the Modric price today... and
realised James was an option on a quick open Real search I did!
Think I'll take Modric on trial, while I save up the extra 12k
for James. (watch Modders' price drop off a cliff)
Over to you Luka.. see if you can do any better than your loan
signing did last week! You've got as long as it takes me to
       earn 12k...

Oh look out Div. 5, you're about to experience a full on, no
holds barred, bore draw or surprise victory against the run of
play. For I have a brand new team, all set and ready to deliver
awesome looks on paper and disappointment on the pitch!!
  HTML http://i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj538/cuz05/ASquad_zpslm9n1lgt.png
Happily retained the services of Kroos and Konoplyanka, both of
whom have continued to deliver. Wasn't as poor as I thought, new
       lot not as expensive.
So the personnel plan changed a little. Was initially going to
have Jese for James' link, then club favourite Raul Garcia at
LCM. His M/H WR and monstrous strength meant I could possibly
use one of Serie A's many excellent balanced WR mids in the
centre, Parolo for eg. Biglia is there now as he has the
requisite high short passing and M/H WR to fill in behind Kroos.
That in turn meant I could keep Kono in the team, him handily
providing a strong link to a decent, affordable LB.
All leaves 7k in the bank. Nice.
Interested to try out Guarin. Also Berardi, he looks a decent
player for his rating, stats in good places for the role. CB
pairing could change in many, many ways, we'll start with
       these...

Nice Cuz.. good luck with the whole looks good on paper thang.
I too have a new build, but cobbled together following the
influx of BBVA players for the Benzevez.
Turns out I only need two cheap 'n' b!tchin' wide men...
Am determined to keep building teams until I find one that plays
like a banjo. Or a ukulele.. Whichever.
