Must be said that Marchisio & Tevez are H/H so not sure if that
is contributing to the success (outside of the OP players :D).
Also, Pastore being H/M probably acts as an attacking mid rather
than a DM.
Partly hated it due to that 'hole', in the past. Thought we
would even make a change in-game, to move Pastore forward and
Marchisio back. But, not been needed.
Nice one with the cup win, mate!

OK, so I've ditched 4231 for now... Just not working for me.
But rather than sell up, am keeping with Iniesta and Modric, as
both have had some good 'moments', and Benzema will never go.
So, am switching to 4321, with Martinez and Griezmann at RF and
LF. Had some early 'moments' of success with the NRs in this
formation, so let's see.
Have also popped Turan and Konop on the bench as bonafide RF/LF
options if the two ST don't pan out...
Don't expect it will make a sh!t of difference
(That's the spirit!!)
Have decided to start measuring my success at this game in
'moments', rather than wins, or promotions, or even goals.. :D
Oh, and we have a snowy webapp.
And yes.. it's from a single league... ::)

Astonishingly far ahead of schedule, my work is complete! I have
absolutely no idea where to spend coins now. Perhaps I will save
up for IF Nainggolan :D

Maybe they're just too precious to handle that hard, frosty
pitch... But yes, my last opponent was somewhat exuberant in the
tackle.
Realised Bacca would fit and if he worked, I could sell
Griezmann and get Tevez straight away. Obviously he worked. Not
so dynamic as Griezmann of course, but good and strong, makes
similar useful runs and can finish equally well. Pretty beefy
front 2 now.
Last couple games they were just awesome and given that they won
their 1st 5 (with Griez), I'm happy to draw a line under it and
suffer bad times a bit more stoically. Even in defeat they've
been decent.
The B Team.

He Has Arrived! Nothing will now stand in my path.
Pleasingly, I also had enough left to give Marchisio a pop, once
his predecessor, Guarin, sold.
Palacio gets the nod over Pereyra simply because he can finish.
The latter was disappointing in that department, tho good
elsewhere.
Still have some more fitting chem styles to sort out.
Very pleased with everyone so far.
And what pretty snow EA have conjured...

Good luck Nop.
I wouldn't vouch for Martinez there, had him up top for a
handful of games and he was a useless, cumbersome lump. I'd want
a lot more mobility and no little boost to his pace for that
position. Good thing that you have Konoplyanka in reserve
because he's excellent there.
Griezmann should do well enough.
Iniesta wouldn't really be my pick either. All 3 mids in these
formations lack defensive discipline, no matter who you use, so
I tend to look for players with at least a touch of all
roundness. Get Raul Garcia as a reserve, cheap as chips and
immense. Definitely instruct that centre fella to stay back when
attacking and maybe man mark, it does help.
Actually, another guy from my B team who's worth trying out in
reserve, the LB, Jesus Gamez. With the formation, you kinda want
overlapping full backs for width but if Iniesta is leaving big
gaps and you struggle down that side, with everyone pis**ing off
up front or falling over, Gamez is a brilliant defender. He has
enough about him to play a bit too.

I'm a firm believer in the setting the bar really, really,
really low.
Always important to manage expectations... especially my own.
Ironically, I always fail.
Go into every session with an uncontrollably renewed sense of
optimism, that I am going to kick some serious a$$.
End. Up. Dis. App. Ointed.
(and back on here moaning ;D)

4 new teams to try out after I picked up the final few players
tonight. I seem to spend most of my time building new teams and
not playing that much. Still have another 5 teams that keep
modifying but I have now run out of coins so until I sell a few
there will be no new players.

Nice line ups there Sherlock. Pereyra is a nice alternative to
Dybala there, minus shooting, plus passing.
