I have a first 451 of 16 planned. It would feature Ever Banega
as one of the CAM's, and Krychowiak as the CM. Also would have
to splash 10k on a silver though and not much height in the
team. Not really sure that it'll work or be worth trying.

Played 2 games last night and am already fully confident that
this will be the greatest team ever, all 3 made excellent 1st
impressions.
Would still like to try the Croatian trio of Modric, Mandzukic
and IF Perisic. Long term goal, hope for some good earnings and
an almighty price crash...
I like the 3 Spaniards but do feel like there could be more
contribution from those spots. Callejon more than Isco and
Morata, he's a great outlet and a very useful player in a team
sense but 1 goal from 13 games is paltry. Just doesn't seem to
get in scoring positions very much or I take one touch too many.
If I could just swap him with Perisic and keep the other 2, I
would. Leery about Mandzukic for Morata and Isco is
intermittently brilliant...
Anyway, that's a week away at the very least, would need some
promotions/championships and a 50% drop or more in market
prices.

As I'm off today, decided to try a 2-striker formation with MVB
& Tevez. Now, 3 atb has failed me (my 'solo' campaign) a bit and
I'm not a fan of 41212 nor 4312.
Decided therefore, to try a formation that we've probably not
used since '13 - 4222. Thought that if needed, we can move one
of the CDM's into a CAM role if ain't working.

Holy moly ... 3 games (4-0, 2-1, 6-0), 13 goals - 8 for MVB. The
2-1 win - we were leading 2-0 and tried way too hard to get MVB
his hat-trick. It was a decent player, albeit with a 5212 team
with a handful of IF's. Guess we shouldn't complain.
But, the obvious fact is that MVB has to be in a 2-striker
formation.
Will upload the last goal in the 6-0 win.

Here we are, emergency protocol. I'd still ike to go back to
4231 and sign the Croatian trio I had in mind, pretty dubious
I'll earn enough to make it happen by whatever this cyber Monday
thing is. Especially now I spent 5k on a very different trio.
And bought a whole sh*tload of bargain shiny contracts.
So although I've told Callejon, Lichtsteiner and Barzagli that
this just a temporary holiday, and James that I still see CAM as
his main position.... There's really no telling where this will
go.
Just wanted to keep as many of them in as possible and change to
anything that would allow it. Could've gone 4222 but I've
enjoyed 4312 on previous occasions and quite like the paceless
bronze team I have in it.

I already have 2 versions of the squad, 1 with my regular B team
on the bench and one with the NRs, so one will remain in the
original 4231. The beauty of manager/loyalty bonuses is that no
one will suffer chem loss in either team.

Buffon and Barzagli are in the club but I can't use them because
1k does not buy Martinez and Pjanic.
So the team looks pretty great but I'm still in a black mood.

Ouch Cuz. Can understand the first 'controller-stop' simply

Been enjoying 4222 so much! 2 striker formation with wide CAM's
- almost like wingers.
My only pet hate now is the fact that they are CAM's only. Even
if you can just get a LM/LW there on 8 chem. Or, better yet,
release a 4222-2 replacing them with L(A)M's. Now that would be
pretty cool ;D

Don't forget strikers too! I've probably used more strikers in
wide CAM roles than actual mids over the years.
Saying that, 4231 is much more suited to that approach than
4222. I only tried it the once and just couldn't get past that
hole in the er... hole. Wouldn't mind having another go, I've
seen talk of it being a good one on 16.
I'm in a bit of shock. Only played 4 this evening, won them all.
Gold cup no.1 in the bag. Seemed a good note to finish on.
But that's 8 wins and 1 draw in my last 9. Unbelievable Jeff.
