exactly ... you can see how he impressively uses the
throttle/brake during the lap ... manages to keep it on track
while speeding up...
and taking over other cars with just milimeters ... he was one
of my all time favourites ...

Never played that game, but the name does sound familiar. This
is possibly the best thread ever!
Anyone play Cannon Fodder? Liked that one, especially when you
had a private that survived and ranked all the way up. Was quite
sad when they were eventually killed. Had that downloaded on a
broken laptop I've got somewhere a few years ago. Good fun.

Street Rod was awesome! Loved it! Man, it's quite amazing to
think what impressed us back then. :D
Never played Cannon Fodder. Watched a quick YT video on it.
Damn, hard to see the enemy :D.

Lemmings! Must admit though, not a game I did tremendously well
at. Suppose back then I was more into the entertainment side
(sports, flying planes, killing things), rather than thinking.

I really liked Lemmings. Got it with the Amiga when I got it one
Christmas. Got quite deep into the last difficulty levels,
mayhem I think, but it got impossible if I remember correct! Got
the code for the last level, and I think it looked doable but
wasn't easy at all. Used to get people from school phoning me
for codes for the next level after the one they were stuck on.
No internet to look them up back them!
