It's not bad at all, just certain things are unbalanced. I've
seen times when the centre backs just randomly have a huge gap
between them. With the dribbling how it is now, that is not good
at all. Maybe it could be down to the defenders positioning
stats, but even a school team would not leave there centre backs
like that!
Like I said before, there are some things that have been
improved immeasurably, so that's a good start. As mentioned
elsewhere, hopefully the patch that will probably come doesn't
ruin the good that EA have done. Hope they don't take too much
notice of the raging of blatant high pressure/lobbers/crosser on
the darkside, but remember that if EA think they'll lose more
players and make less all important pack money how it is now
than who know what the game will be like in a months time?

got my first BS game of this FUT...amazingly how a team can
collapse. All second balls were for the opponent. He could pull
shirts anytime, no foul. Laid down the controller. No need to
get frustated. :D.

Lizard Squad hackers - DDOS attack on the Origin servers, which
meant EA, BF, etc were all offline.

We did not have access for about an hour or so (once we tried to
log in of course).

Just played another match that only showed more flaws. Won 5-2
so he had a few kickoffs. Every kick off, if it was Gervinho
that was going to have possession, he just ran forward straight
away. The gap between my two central midfield players was so big
that even if I selected one of them straight away it was
impossible to move across in time to stop him meaning he was
running full speed against two standing still defenders which is
not a good place to be in this game. He didn't score from it in
4 attempts, but even though I knew it was coming, it was him
against two defenders no matter what.
This type of things is just so so stupid, but what do you expect
from EA?

Hey TWS - Is that the 451 formation you're playing with? Found
exactly the same - even if we took both players, there was still
the huge gap there & not possible to catch up to an 88+ striker
(probably 90+ acceleration). I would expect that the CM would be
placed right there in front of the CB's, but he's not.
Is it not strange that these basic things - player positions at
kick off - are just ... basic. Why is to so difficult to get
that right - no matter what tactic you have on.

Exactly right, 451. The striker starts wide you have the CM and
a CAM in the middle really far apart.

Am liking the formation, but that is a flaw.
Every 2-striker formation we come up against, those 2 players
are right in front. Not that we really care about sprinting
straight forward any way.

it sometimes happen, what I do is select the most right or left
at the centre circle. Most of the time he runs straight into the
two remaining. But indeed it is irritating. Apart from 1 BS
game, the rest was pretty good. Lost two semies but against nice
playing teams. Although I think the passing stats are off
currently on 14-0-3 which is not bad. But most of all still
enjoying the game. Think it is an improvement compared to FUT14,
despite the minor flaws. It is so funny to see stamina darin of
high pressure teams and hearing the commentator saying 'oh there
goes a muscle' ;), I win most of my games in the second half,
think I balance my stamina better.

I was reading something on the dark side about using the option
to swap your kit. This will give an indication on lag or not.
This actually showed up when we were attempting to play
yesterday - swapping between kits was really slow. It was
actually our connection (ping was ridiculously high) & once I
had rebooted the router, it was all better. Changing between
kits was instant.
It's not guaranteed, but it is good to at least try to see if
there is a delay.

So, played a few games tonight - managed a win in the final game
of D6 to get promoted. Then, quit the next game, got a win in
the next & decided to play one last game. Opposition was this

Honestly, am stunned I (we) did not just switch off after 2 min.
He passes back & starts knocking the ball around as if he's
actually keen to play a good game, but using OP players. Within
a few minutes though, runs at the angle with Doumbia, barges a
few defenders out the way, finesses near post which the keeper
saves - but the ball loops up, then scores by out jumping 2xCBs
& the keeper ... ::) ::)
Decided to play on, trying to out pass / out play him. Not the
best player anyway so it was only a matter of time before we got
the equaliser. Really, tough going as he had so many breakaways
- sprinting and not finishing well at all. Ran out 3-1 winners
whilst he continued shooting all over the place.
The one thing we struggled with tonight - was passing. At HT in
the one game, we hit the lowest passing ever - 48% :o :o. Our
opponent had 53%, there was either a glitch or the general play
was basically all about interceptions. Managed to end the game
with 66% so did get better. Still - was shocked to see it that
low.
