Ok, new thread for this one too.
Yes - this addiction is strong ... :P
This is the planned first squad - still need Handanovic / KPB /

nice teams Kiwi!!! Although Ibarbo???? :D Like the last one the
best, very original!
I am concentrating on bronse, these will be my two starters
teams:

I have never seen so many fast CB's before. Those guys will hold
ground against those pacey MLS squads. Bravo (Left striker) has
80 shot power , which is pretty immense for a bronse. Carvallo
and Huerta are both 4 star skillers. Not sure yet on the CAM.

3 times 4 star skillers with Banton, Allesandra and Kearns. The
midfielders although they are rare, are very complete:

these two teams will I use in the first week (unless they are
total garbage).

That is an impressive stat on a bronze striker! Also - very
impressive back line on that first squad :o
Ibarbo ... hope you can tell the kid's influence in there ;). He
is a monster - with 4* skills now which means he'll be in even
more squads. Unfortunately Muriel - yes, has been noobish in the
past too - is now silver (with great stats) & attracting a price
tag of 80k+.

Must say that it was a 'Lazy Sunday Afternoon' - well, not just
the afternoon, but the entire day.
It means I had a lot of time browsing through the dark side,
chatting to Hoban on Skype, looking at players using wefut.com &
attempting to build teams.
Quick one re: Hoban - he spent 25k FP & only notables were an IF
Vargas, Ramos, Silva - possibly 150k & had around 200k from
discards ... not much). Really bad pack luck!
Anyway ... must say that I need to get this game & try teams out
:D. If we don't, building teams is going to become so boring.
Tending to revert (too easily) back to those players you know
from the past. In a way it's a bit boring to be honest.
Am finding players like Zardes - nice non-rare silver in MLS

- 900c.
Only problem is immediately I start looking around and it's a
battle bringing in quality around him without reverting to the
likes of Dempsey.
Building hybrids certainly is challenging.

Zardes was one of the best bronze players last year, so for a
low rated silver he's in demand

Ah ... never knew he was Bronze last year - never even occurred
to me. Only ever face Eddie Johnson as most monkeys this side
never bothered about bronze players.

Hybrids are not as difficult as last year at least. A few
formations have lost stupid links.
Can't believe you've not heard of Zardes from 14, Kiwi! He was
the most used bronze striker from the MLS.
Been looking through all the more obscure nations and leagues
for a good hour or so. Some crazy players that I will be using
this year!
So far my rules/challenges for the gold cup teams over the whole
course of 15 I have are, win the cup using:
* Every single formation at some point
* Players from single league
* Players from every single nation
Will also be trying to build the teams using:
* Players from every single club that have a gold player in them
* Players from every single club in BPL, Serie A, Bundesliga,
BBVA and Ligue 1.
The last two are pretty closely connected. The vast majority of
those clubs have gold players in, but there are a few. These two
stipulations should mean that I use a variety of players instead
of being lazy when using the main leagues.

great challenges ahead TWS!
I just mocked-up two gold teams which will be rather cheap,
packed with 4 star skillers (one 5 star) and great great
players! I am sure Oto will aprrove the first one ;)

you really have to check these players out.....amazing stats in
many of them. Glad so see bellushi back again, used him in FUT12
a lot....alternative is Babel as LW, also a 4 star skiller
and traditional I make a LdP squad every year

I have not looked into hybrids as of yet. But if prices are low
enough I might as well make these two teams. Would be fun
destroying some BPL teams with it.
QUESTION: where can I see weak foot stars?

I have the RB from your first team, Gonul in my first squad.
Turkish League looks a great addition. Some interesting looking
players and a few nationalities that I'll have to build around
for my teams. Will post them in a bit.
