It does look ok, OT. Thanks for the share.
Overall - I guess it's just another football sim & unfortunately
there will be aspects that will p!ss us off :P. I noticed on the
replay of Diego Costa's 2nd goal where the ball went through
his back. Those are the small things that I just don't get -
surely the physics of the game dictate that that could not
       happen ::).
Anyway ... the game play looked good.
Part of me does miss playing football ... C'mon Star Citizen ...
       !

That was a good video OT, cheers :)
PES isn't without its faults but it looks good enough to me. We
cant really make a call until we've played the fifa and PES
       demo's though.
I had a fifa night with the lads last night and the general
feeling amongst everyone was that they are sick of fifa's
bullshit and ready to try PES this year - I thought it would be
a hard sale but apparently not. Its hard to gloat when you have
won on fifa as you can feel it when its giving you a helping
hand or screwing you over. Its better when you annihilate your
mates the old fashioned way, then you can trash talk all night
       :D
The shooting on PES looks really good (like old PES) but
apparently fifa have changed the shooting as well.
What are you guys leaning towards?

just returned from the gamescom. Played FIFA15 & PES15 multiple
times. Here is my hands-on review.
FIFA15: feels and looks the same as FIFA14. Not a bad thing
actually, did like the menu structure a lot. Game engine seems
to be the same as FIFA14, with one exception: the goal keepers!
Cech like saves everywhere. In itself it is a good thing as you
really have to work hard for your goals now. Played H2H btw, no
FUT. Lob passes were not that succesful but it could be the case
that I am not that good in it. So basicly an upgraded FIFA14.
PES15: passing is great, not helped a lot by the AI as in FIFA.
So less ball possession is the result. As for the defending AI:
in 1 word shocking. >:( Defending is so though, even if you
stay close to the player with the ball, you will not get the
ball. Defenders are just sometimes not there. Played a game
where the ball could easily be picked up by the LM but the LB
rushed towards it, missed it and the RW had a free walk to the
goal. Plain horrible. Shooting is difficult, not a bad thing but
it did frustate me to push the ball way over the goal. But I
guess that is a matter of getting used to it. Graphics look
silly, heads of the player are too large, not a big thing but we
noticed it straight away. Players feel like the are running in
the mud sometimes. Switching of the players was off a lot of
times. Not a bad game but certainly not the comeback I hoped
       for.
After playing both games a couple of times, I have decided to
       buy FIFA again.

       Good reviews glad, thanks
I have to say im a little disappointed that PES isn't as good as
I expected it to be. Im hoping the flaws you mentioned are
addressed because attacking wise it doesn't look a bad game at
all. Im also disappointed that fifa is the same. You just know
it will be the same BS all year again >:(
I find that in H2H the over the top through balls are not too
bad on fifa 14, its just everything is so OP in UT.
One thing I remember about PES though (when I was a fan) I hated
every new release for about 3-4 weeks. The reason being that you
had to master the game, there was a real knack to it, maybe im
clutching at straws but im hoping that is the case. I cant have
another joyless year on football games :'(
Thanks again for the reviews mate :)

i realized the passing thing in the video, ie what glad
       mentioned as less possession...
glad, did you play against AI or with a human ? talking about
       pes...
  HTML http://www.peseditblog.com/2014/08/pes-2015-gamescom-goal-compilation-video.html
pes is coming back, i must say, but still needs time, look at
those goals, a lot of dodgy ones ...

did play against a human (my son), Otu.
Agree that is always take time to get adjusted, I already had
that with the FIFA serie every year. But PES has to be an
improvement compared to FIFA, or at least get on teh same level.
For H2H it didn't do it for me. But may be they tweak the game a
       bit more.

i see ... well in the ps3 WE series days, they were changing
game massively (in positive direction) after those kind of game
shows. they will release it in november anyway, so plenty of
time to correct things... we will see...

       Interesting reading.
I guess it is indeed a case of "better the devil you know". Will
probably get FIFA for Xbox - kid pushing for it. Will be keen on
trying it on PC - purely to see if there are as many delinquent
       brats on there too.
