Yeah Eric - Titanfall beta out in the next week or 2. Kid is
drooling at the prospect of another/different game coming.

Nice do you need to sign upto it? Guess you must. Wonder if
this could affect my utilisation of bf premium, not used it much
yet but was away for a week.
Still plugging away on football manager. My top young South
American prospects have came good. I'm in the dam CL final vs
juve, knocking out Man U and Bayern en route. Proud doesn't
even begin to describe it lol

LOL on the FM side. I must say that it's easier to get my
'football kicks' out of UT still. Those NR teams makes it easier
just to quit when the game is laggy (did so when 1-0 up today -
didn't care).

Been a while since I had any kicks from FIFA. It's just when I
go to play something it's pretty much bottom of the list and
with new games coming soon, I'm not sure I see that changing.
Might try a game sometime, I guess when you break any bad habit,
you are always wary of revisiting it lol.

Clash of Clans maker Supercell turned out an extremely
impressive financial performance in 2013 with $464 million in
pre-tax profits on revenue of $892 million. That was four times
the profit and eight times the revenues of 2012 figures.
The Helsinki, Finland-based mobile game company reported the
figures on an annual basis, as required by Finnish law.
(Supercell received a government loan when it was formed in
2010). The $464 million in earnings before income tax,
depreciation, and amortization showed that the company has its
costs well under control and that it is still going strong with
just two games: Clash of Clans and Hay Day. Supercell paid $345
million in taxes to Finland in 2013, largely because it received
an investment from Japan’s SoftBank.
SoftBank shook the gaming world up last year after it bought 50
percent of Supercell, which had just 130 employees at the time,
for $1.5 billion. That value Supercell at $3 billion, or twice
the value of U.S. publicly traded game company Take-Two
Interactive, publisher of Grand Theft Auto. That was an
astonishing outcome for a company founded by Ilkka Paananen, a
veteran mobile game maker, in June 2010.

The fact that it's valued at twice the size of Take-Two (even if
that's a crude comparison), really puts it into perspective how
huge the mobile gaming platform is. Absolutely crazy!

Wow not bad eh, is that game fuelled by in app purchases? Did
you see news yesterday that maker of flappy birds pulled the
game despite making a fortune too. I hadn't heard of the game
till yesterday.
I was just having a browse on twitter when I saw it mentioned so
raced on thinking it might be full but was able to put my name
forward for it

Its not my usual preferred type of game but tomb raider is
absolutely quality! From the story line to the outstanding
graphics to the gameplay. Really helped me rediscover my love
for single player games. Took me back to how gaming used to be.
Has anyone got any other recommendations of single player games
on next gen? I was thinking along the lines of assassins creed,
thief and metalgear - Cant wait for that badboy :)

Hmm not sure bud, only single player one i was playing was NBA.
Its good but time consuming and not really what you are looking
for by sounds of it.
Kiwi - Any word on Titanfall Beta, ive heard nothing from my
end.
