Glad I waited on both of you to confirm the reviews before I
jumped in
I suspected that this might be the case though as I am old
school when it comes to games I don't mind putting in the hard
work to get the rewards above paying to get them but you
shouldn't have to pay
Maybe the game shouldn't be a free one?

I think we all are in here (old school) but id like to think
that even younger generation (not nec. kids) would feel the same
in this scenario.
It did open my eyes to playing games on the phone. I had wrote
them off before as not being in depth enough to grab my
attention but this has shown me that they can actually be.
However if it seems like the sole purpose of the game is to get
my hard earned money off me they can just forget it.

Played a few online games of NBA 2k14 on the Blacktop last night
- it's called the park for you next gen types
Lost all 6 but my teammates (random players) all sucked - trying
to score from silly distances, my scoring percentage was nearly
75% from all attempted baskets but my teammates were poor

the blacktop?? confused lol, ive not tried the park at all.
just been playing my career, and its good but i have 2 qualms
with it. first one is that the games take bloomin forever to
play. 2nd one is that despite having played it for what seems
like ages, apparently i still have 28 games of the season to go,
thats ridiculous!!! especially given how long the games take,
god knows when ill actually finish my season.

Yeah apparently park ball is traditionally played on black
asphalt hence the blacktop as opposed to the pristine wooded gym
floor

Got my first couple of wins on the blacktop tonight, it's quite
like playing a drop in game of pro clubs with a much bigger
emphasis on teammates skill & mentality
3v3 is basically a case of your screw'd if you get the selfish
brat who wants to score 3pt baskets all the time

I'll give it a try at some point and see how it is. Can
definitely see how some ball greedy tw@t would spoil it. Do you
play with your own pro then? I gave up on being a 3 pt
specialist a long time ago. As i opted to be a center and a big
guy, my player is built for low post offence (i think thats
correct term) and rebounds etc. Missed several 3 points in the
early stages of my career so just stopped trying for them and
spending points on those skills, I specialise in the easy
baskets :)

Yeah own Pro, I think it's actually easier to score than career
as everyone seems to suck at defending online :D
However occasional you come up against a superstar & I must
admit it's pretty cool to see a great player first hand

Holy cr@p, didnt realise Titanfall was out on 14 March, was
thinking new releases were ages away, not sure what made me
think that but i did. Thief is out on 28 Feb as well, is that
meant to be any good, or should i say does it look good?

PS+ subscription and it's so fun and addictive :D Some game
