Nice one Glad.
Played some Forza last night so only had time for a few team
deathmatch's last night. Was doing alright, made a start on
the support class and was getting used to that. Had couple
problems as matches ended tho with game crashing. Was worried
my stats/kills wouldnt have counted but think they still did.
Dunno why i am treated like a new player everytime i go on tho,
all the little tutorial pop ups keep showing, ie to alternate
fire, and its like i have to change it to get rid of the prompt,
I know how to do it stop feckin reminding me everytime i come
online!!

the system adjust itself to the user....so in other words if
D!CE thinks you need help you will get it :D
but indeed very annoying. Mine has suddenly dissapeared
again....

Thursday? While I wish them the best of luck, it's difficult to
be optimistic. The studio has put out a new update for
PlayStation 4 that should improve stability.

The kid ranked himself up to 10, which meant the I could now
play as Commander (albeit under his GT). First game did not have
a clue, but read the help quick. Yeah - complete noob at this
:D.
Anyway, got the hang of it & this was from the 4th game:

The kid was playing on the opposite team ;D
It's actually quite easy to keep spamming certain items &
deciding when to 'promote squad' or rather deploy supplies (or
other items). Only played Rush so did not have an opportunity to
use the 'big' items like gunships/cruise missile.

nice kiwi!
it is more fun when squads are doing what you ask. I usally
promote a squad that really takes the order or at leats try to
make the best out of it. Supply items do help, the rapid respawn
looks pretty useless.
You really feel a commander if the cooperation is with the
ground teams is good

Don't understand much of this thread :P
I am intrigued tho, what does Rush involve? 45min in a single
match is very long, most games would have a time limit long
before that.

> OverviewEdit
> Teams are split in to Attackers, who have a limited number of
respawn tickets available for the whole team, and Defenders, who
have an unlimited supply of tickets available. The objective of
this game mode is to arm and destroy two Gold Crates in Bad
Company or M-COM Stations in both Bad Company 2 and Battlefield
3 with an explosive charge.
> If the charge is placed, an alarm will go off and the charge
will flash red lights, alerting the Defenders of it while it
arms for thirty seconds. Both sides' commentator will also
verbally alert players of the charge being armed, and an alert
message will pop up on players' screen as well, signifying which
objective has been armed for players who may be too far away to
hear the alarm. When the charge gets to the last few seconds of
arming as it primes, the alarm will switch to a ring that raises
in pitch until the charge explodes.
>
> Once both objectives are destroyed at a base, players move up
to another base to attack another pair of objectives, after some
time for the Defenders to fall back. There can be a different
number of bases depending on the map, with at least three sets
of Crates or M-COMs per map and as many as five. Once all
objectives have been destroyed, or all the attacker's tickets
run out, the round ends.

rush is about tickets, 1 ticket is 1 life. Your team starts off
with 75 tickets (when you attack), defenders have unlimited
tickets. So either you run out of tickets or you set the charges
on both objectives in time. If you manage to do that you get 75
tickets again for charging the next two objectives and so so.
The time limit is set on 60 minutes,
The fun thing with BF is that you can be rivived. So having a
couple of medics in your squad will help to regain tickets, well
I must say not loosing them.

Ah, I see. I take it I, as a solo, Rambo style Ninja, would not
get far in this game.

Absolutely! Of all the commands I sent, I think I got 2 saying
no, all the rest ignored me ::). Eventually stopped doing that.
Maybe as time goes by, people will start realising there's
actually a reason for this.
'Rapid respawn' - agreed, don't think it's that useful. The team
I played 3 games with (in a row) was pretty good so the
re-supply dropped right by a bunch of them, was used well. Did
get to drop 2/3 vehicles & they were all used too.
In that game, it was quite funny. A commander joined & I
immediately did a proxy attack (means he has no access for 15
seconds). Think he ended up putting his tablet down as he was
useless.
