I have been on the BF4 since yesterday. Only the MP....as you
don't buy this game for the SP ;D
My first impressions are very good. Game feels like a real BF
(smooth game play). Maps are well constructed. you have so many
ways to reach your objectives and if you don't like them you
just make your own path by tearing down some walls or even
houses. Played two modes so far (domination and my all time
favorite Rush), bot feel good. I reached level 4 in one
afternoon so not many upgrades yet but teh starting weapons are
solid. As always you can be competitive from the start (One of
the reasons I dislike the later COD's as weapons gots OP the
further you ranked).
Graphs are good but I think we will see the real graphs on the
next gen. It looks like an uograded BF3 which imo is a good
thing. Why change a game that is perfect already? At least D!CE
understand that => are you listening EA? ;)
Nice feature is the app on the Ipad. With this app you can
online adjust your laod out while playing on the console. Need
to dive deeper into it but it looks like there are many options
available.
I am sure I will be spending a lot of time with this new version
of BF.

Nice one Glad. The kid watched some footage on Twitch & liked
what he saw.

waiting on xbox one..don't have room in storage for a digital
copy..might buy BF4 for the PC...always more comfortable with
WASD and mouse for contols..

Have bene polaying BF a lot lately. currently on 34 hours.....
;D
game is really really good. I am a rush lover, never liked the
old school Conquest mode. The maps are geared to be creative,
some many way to reach your objectives.
Last night I played against a clan, well at least 6 out of 12
were from a clan. We won.....made the most kills and got the
label 'killing machine'. Whoa!!!!
So looking forward to teh next gen one where you have more
players in a room.

Downloaded the Battlelog app for the iPad. Sitting next to the
kid can change loadout, etc whilst he's playing. Unfortunately
the Battlescreen option did not work.
He needs to do some serious playing to rank up quickly before I
can play as Commander ...
All looks pretty impressive though!

just gone online for my first next gen multiplayer game of BF4,
lets hope i can get involved quickly not just running about
missing all the action...

haha officer cartman reporting back now sir :)
well last night wasnt pretty, 2 games of conquest, by god i was
struggling. The fact it was pretty late as well wasnt helping,
i was tired and getting picked off at will by some BF veterans.
Not much to say other than that, sure ill get better as i get
back into swing of things.
