The MiCoach page tracks everything for me so - including some
training sessions where I have been wearing the trainers:
Total exercise time - 28.39.15
8914 - Calories
112.82km - Total Distance
13.17km - High Intensity Distance (what qualifies as high
intensity I'm not sure) (running & sprinting possibly) (jogging
& walking unlikely)
27.23kph - Max Speed
409 - Total Sprints

Well Abbie is back in hospital so although we've had 2 games
post Christmas I've no stats uploaded yet
2 games 2 Wins though so the Sutton Second Team march on to 12
from 12 :)

Head to the league tables tab & we play in the East Midlands
Premier division (Second Team League)
As I'd done no fitness over Christmas I was struggling to walk
until Tuesday last week :D

Well it had to happen eventually ... injured ::)
Still 13/13 with a 7-1 win yesterday
Will hopefully update the stats at some point today as well. As
an aside point, I'm one of those people that never get ill
however for the first time in a few years I had a day of work a
week or so ago. Finally got round to seeing the doc yesterday &
tells me I had a severe virus :D
Be interesting to see how my stats have been in the last few
games
