hop, i am pushing with bronzes, thinking that it would develop
my game... before trying the high rated players...
dunno if that will help ...

tws, there will be a patch to be released early october ... at
least that was a tweet from rob some time ago,
patch will be addressing finesse shot, corners and likes ...

I've had very few finesse shots for or against. Nowhere near as
many as Fifa12.

I'm in!
Just played 2 and a half games in the bronze cup there. Well
yep, it is harder to control the play, it is a bit more
realistic, pace is certainly not so effective (tho the pace of
my full backs in the last game was a big bonus) and trength
definitely seemed more important.
So nothing that hasn't been said already.
Can well imagine that it's harder with bronzes than previously.
Will need to get used to the more deliberate way of playing but
that was true of the switch to bronze last year.
Too early to really make any judgement but it does initially
feel like an improvement over 13, just in terms of more
realistic and considered play. Took considerable attention to
passing and movement to work openings.
1st game was my Norwegians against an A-Bundes team. Had
neglected to adjust my controls which lead to some strange
behaviour. Duly conceded early on when he simply ran thru my
packed defence. Conceded a fairly rubbish 2nd in the 45th. Got
more used to it in the 2nd half but was still trying to work out
how to play effective football.
2nd game with the MLS/Bundes side, vaguely starter bronze team
and a reasonably comfortable 2-0 rage quit. My 1st goal was a
bit of a defensive mix up, my 2nd came from a corner. Tyrala,
apparently broken :-\ got MOTM ;D
3rd game, same team against some weird collection nations on
full chem, probably a FL team. I scored 1st, he scored a crap
goal in the 45th and I hit a 90th min winner after some
concerted pressure.
So end of half goals are still paramount then....
Hop, you could try bronzes... One of my opponents missed a
couple of easy chances that could've made a difference.

Steep learning curve if you were used to the F12 and F13 game
speed..Rude awakening for me, but slowly getting the hang of
it.. will continue to strive to get competitive. ..pathetic
over- crossers and lobbers are still around.. 90 minute
scripting are still around and the dreaded handicap.

Suppose moving into the Single Match zone will take off the
pressure at times with a "don't care" attitude. Good coins for a
decent win too.

Just finished my tourney team so I'll be rotating bronze in
single matches with the Serbs in seasons. Interested to see the
difference between the bronzes I tried earlier and the golds I
have now.

A week into the full release now and people seem to be more
clued up on how to play FUT14 to win no matter what. The last
couple of days I've come up against teams that 90% of which have
Matt Jarvis on the left and either Benteke, Lukaku or Ba
upfront. Get the ball to Matt Jarvis and attempt cross after
cross. Hopefully the upcoming patch will make this method less
successful!
Have come up against teams that seem to think their still on 13
and it's really quite funny smashing them. Also not had one rage
quit yet. Have they made the dnf penalty more severe?
Funniest match so far was against a team containing IF Baines,
IF Aguero, van Persie, Rooney, Vidic, Kompany, Toure and every
expensive BPL player you can think up. Was expecting to get
slaughtered but he was terrible and beat him 5-0 and it could
hae been double that. How is it possible to have that team this
early on and be so so bad at the game? Must be a millionaire!

I did a rage quit last night... ;D ;D
not sure how severe the penalty is but a really BS game.....it
was already late and I wanted to go to bed....
now that prices are so low I only come across the same BS (Auby
up front with Hawk card), Reus, etc. Oh well.....so much for
interesting teams.

did my first rage quit as well last night Glad :D a defining
moment in any FUT game. I needed to win to get promoted from
div 6, i was a goal down within mins, then 2 down.... raging,
then when it went 3 i had simply had enough. It probably only
went 3 as id already had enough but there you go. Ragequitted.
