But surely the sold players from packs will increase supply,
thereby decreasing the prices?
Conversely, the increased coins being spent / gamers in the
market will increase demand and so push prices up.
Doesn't it all simply come down to one versus the other?
Increased supply vs increased demand. Which will be increased
to the greater degree.
The effect on prices will surely vary from player to player.
Could go either way....?

It will be the same as all UT. High rated golds will continue
to go up. Mid rated golds will go up/down depending on
variables like hype, "OPness", etc... low golds will hop up a
bit then go down (demand will first be there for low golds as
people won't have coins for high golds then drop when the market
becomes more saturated over the next week. For high golds, the
demand will outweigh the increase in supply.
Silvers will follow a similar path. It just takes longer for
them to get to their final resting place. Mayuka could have
been bought for sub 30k last season through the first 2 months
of the game. At his pinnacle, he was a 100+k player.
