Pac i was the exact same over the first 2 days hated it was
5-3-6 which for me was bad on 11 i had a 3-1 W/L last year it
was 2/1 put that down to me quitting a lot of bulshit games.
But last night got the hang of it a bit better bringing it up to
21-4-13 so picking up my W/L and getting better defensively
although i will put that down to playing 3 CB's in a 3-5-2
sometimes having to switch to 5-2-1-2 in game if i feel i'm
getting over run down the wings.
I know what your saying re the automatic headers had Torres
score one on me last night, that once the corner was taken i
knew it was in ::) ::)

Must think of some kind of witty and intelligent critique of the
game.... ???
Ok here goes....... my impressions on the early release are that
it was released too early.
Also why is the early release, released even earlier to Eastern
Europe? in particular countries like Slovenia and Poland.

My only peeve now is shirt pulling it is a game breaker have had
times running down the wing chasing a ball only for his FB to
start pulling my shirt my player stops and falls his FB
continues running with his 2 hands up as if he did nothing FFS
::) ::)

Very rarely not at all like last year it is just ridiculous,
have seen it over the dark side people complaining massively
about it.

First release is generally to an area where they will generate
enough load to start to test out the code on gear, but not
enough to completely blitz a system.

Thoughts on the game so far:
1. pace is definitely reduced. It is much harder to just burn
people and slow defenders are very viable. They gave the vocal
majority of the community what they asked for.
2. IMO the one touch system with the reduced pace is much more
"realistic" to how real football is played. While it is
annoying at times, and it provides a divisive separation between
the low rated players and the high ones, it is how real football
is.
3. I haven't found headers to be that OP. Partially due to my
playstyle, I don't head the ball often, but I also haven't found
that I couldn't defend against the header yet. I am sure my day
is coming on that one.
4. I do feel that EA sometimes can't find a happy medium. The
last 3 games were very fast paced. People complained. Now this
one is very slow paced. IMO it is slightly slower then I like,
but it isn't the end of the world. I will adjust.
5. Strength is a big deal.
6. Defending is harder for most. I have always used manual
switching and used the analog stick to switch players, so it
isn't too bad, but I can definitely see people have issues with
it.
7. While counter attacking is still a good style of play, it is
much easier to recover from a misstep on defense.
8. I am sure workrates are still important, but I have found
that my fullbacks (even H/M ones) play their positions much
truer then F13. I don't seem to be having the issue of "hey you
passed to a defender so that must me the defender needs to bomb
forward".

As someone said, they go for between about 400-700, even for the
really bad ones! Normally from the afternoon the cup starts and
the day after that. Any longer and people start to sell and the
market is flooded. Also remember to keep the Northern Ireland
ones as well.
In A few months we'll see what's what with prices, and clean up
come March!
