what helps me is to think ahead a bit so just when I receive the
ball I knock it a bit to the left or right (depending on
prefered foot) to get a small window of opportunity to unleash a
rocket shot on goal.

what helps me is to think ahead a bit so just when I receive the
ball I knock it a bit to the left or right (depending on

exactly , game pushes you to create room and manouvre ... so
glad, you say the prices are going high now, until when? when do
you expect them to go down again? maybe smart to sell all those
packed players ... and make some cash, rebuy them when low ?

I must be playing a different game . Everything you guys
mention is negated by the fact that the defensive AI is terrible
. Unless the patch addresses this issue , I will struggle .
I could not disagree more on the intelligent football comments
. Wait till you play a lob 1-2 expert . You literally have no
chance . You can conrol the ball an the play all day , but one
lob 1-2 counter and he is clean thru .
i think we all agree on crosses / corners / heading .

I think they will rise untill the disc release. Than a lot of
pack opening so prices will go down a bit. Also people putting
things on for too low. And then all rises again.
You can have two tactics:
Sell now, have coins at your dispposal, buy low in teh first 24
hours, sell high after 1 or 2 weeks
keep, sell high after a couple of days , I am not sure if you
will get players as cheap again during last week
I have invested in some that will rise as more player will be
playing, will keep them also I have no time to be on the web app
the first two days of teh release.

may be WC, may be we have different expectations. 1-2 is not
that hard to defend if you keep your position. Good thing is
that they cannot outrun you easily like in FUT13, thought it was
more effective there. Secondly, you really have to pass
correctly no automatic magnetic ball control. Will give you time
to break their attack. Just see it as your first FIFA game and
learn everything from scratch.
@ headers: yeah they are OP but they will patch it....still it
is very fun to do so ;D

ok then , i am selling from today till the release in the few
days, i hv bought many players plus the pack players...
keeping ozil tho, he was 40k 2 days ago, now around 80k ...
maybe goes more, i want to try him tho...
also keeping the brazil team, selling rest... we will see ...

First game today, 10 shots on target to his 3, he beats me 3-2
::)
But after that I had one gold cup win, one silver cup win and 2
bronze cup wins (Individual games not the full tournament)
record now sitting at 15-1-9.
