       I'm stronger!

       Hi! I had taekwondo, and once a year they do this extremely hard
       workout! I did it on Wednesday, and my body has been hurting
       ever since then, but it's fine. The workout includes 78 pushups,
       78 sit ups, 500 punches, and a bunch of leg burning things that
       made me feel like my legs were literally burning off! It hurt so
       bad! But I got stronger from it! I did taekwondo when I was
       little, then I took a break, and I am starting again! It was
       only my third day back when they did it! But now I am way
       stronger than before!

       Congratulations! Image But I wish they had of let you ease back
       into the extensive workout - ouch!

       Thx! Now today, my arms and legs aren't hurting, but now it's
       like all that pain went to the muscles right above my stomach,
       so every once in a while, I have to get up and move around, it
       hurts constantly!

       You're welcome. Maybe try to get as much rest as you can and
       drink lots of fluids (to flush out the buildup of lactic acid in
       your muscles). 🤗
