Spain v N.I. - almost an anniversary (well not really, but still
       )

       On 11 Sept.2018, NI's U-21's beat Spain U-21's 2-1 in a Euro's
qualifier in the Estadio Carlos Belmonte, Albacete.
Ian Baraclough was manager and the NI goals came from Shayne
Lavery and Liam Donnelly (Pen.), both in the first eight
minutes. Donnelly was making a record 22nd appearance at that
level. Conor Hazard saved a first half penalty, while Spain's
consolation came in the 90th minute.
NIR: Conor Hazard; Liam Donnelly capt, Daniel Ballard, Ryan
Johnson _; Jamie McDonagh, Jake Dunwoody [Dale Gorman 74], Rory
Holden [Pierce Bird 78], Mark Sykes _, Bobby Burns; Shayne
       Lavery _ [Jamie McGonigle 61 _], Paul Smyth _
Unused subs: Conor Mitchell, Nathan Kerr, Kyle McClean, Alistair
       Roy
While on the same night in Belfast, our senior team beat Israel
3-0 in a friendly, with Gavin Whyte scoring with his first touch
in international football, 106 seconds after coming on as a sub.
(Davis and Dallas got the others).
But before we get too cocky, that same night Spain's senior team
beat Croatia 6-0, in the latters' first competitive game since
       the World Cup Final!
